Un ottimo hotel nel centro di Strasburgo
Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, la posizione strategica e la colazione ricca ed abbondante. L'atmosfera è rilassante e le stanze e le parti comuni sono pulite

Sarebbe necessario dotare il bagno di mensola o scaffalatura dove poter riporre oggetti e cosmetici degli ospiti. Il sistema di apertura della doccia spesso fa bagnare il pavimento del bagno

The hotel is clean, great customer service, prime location, helpful staff, clean and great facility
Pros:

The Staff were genuinely welcoming and professional especially Jennifer, good breakfast, great location and parking availability.

Cons:

There is no shower cap, and one product works as shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

Very nice but maybe not for travellers by car
Pros:

Great location, especially if you would arrive by train. Close to everything you may need during a stay in Strasbourg. The room was very spacious and luckily the AC worked well! The staff were also super friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people travelling by car. There is very limited space to park temporarily outside the hotel (on a very busy street), but then the actual parking space they offer is in a parking garage quite far away from the hotel. If you don't manage to snag one of the temporary spots to unload the luggage, it can be quite inconvenient. Because of the location, it does get rather noisy in the evenings/nights. With the windows closed (thankfully we could use the AC to cool down the room), it was possible to sleep but I think it would have been impossible to sleep with them open.

Pros:

The location is amazing, just in front of the train station and at the beginning of historical center. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast very rich.

Gut für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und nette Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Schon sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches man an dem Zimmern sieht. Jedoch wurde es immer wieder renoviert, so dass das erst auffällt wenn man in den Schrank schaut.
