Auto gevandaliseerd : nooit meer!

Auto werd gevandaliseerd ( auto ruiten ingeslagen > koffer ruit en ruit passagier) op parking aanbevolen door hotel (!) en waar ik bij aankomst aan receptie vroeg of deze wel ok was. Personeel parking wist me te vertellen dat dit al 9e auto deze week was! Ik kan niet geloven dat hotel er juist naast niet van op de hoogte is!

Toen ik in shock aan onthaal stond en om hulp vroeg kreeg ik buiten een empatisch gezicht enkel te horen dat ik zelf moest bellen naar de politie, maar als het in het Deens was, ik wel terug mocht komen naar het onthaal! Uiteraard was het in het Deens!!!

Aangezien hele auto vol glas lag, vroeg ik of het mogelijk was dat ik auto ergens dicht bij hotel zou parkeren zodat ik spullen> alles lag overhoop en was uit zakken gehaald kon sorteren : reservekleren zoontje van 3, ons zwem gerief, speelgoed,… > ik kreeg weer empathisch gezicht maar geen mogelijkheid… ik ben gewoon extra kleren bij H&M gaan kopen. Niets van meedenken of hulp aanbieden in aard van : we hebben stofzuiger die u kan gebruiken of parkeer even straks waar onze leveranciers parkeren, dan kan u u spullen binnenbrengen of we kunnen u een karretje lenen zodat u het makkelijker kan verplaatsen…

Geen 4 sterren waard: verouderd hotel, geen airco, bad ipv douche, siliconen los in badkamer, vergrootspiegel-arm kapot waardoor spiegel gewoon hangt, toilet zijn ze moeten komen ontstoppen, geen dagelijkse kuis tenzij je expliciet ervoor registreert,…

Ich komme nicht wieder
Pros:

Ich bin sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Rezeptionistin hat alles versucht, mir den Auffenthalt trotz der vielen Probleme des Hauses angenehm zu gestalten.

Cons:

Der Grund, warum ich das Hotel ausgewählt hatte, ist die Angabe "If you need to leave early, we can arrange a breakfast bag for you, which will be served in the reception area at the time you request" da ich in den frühen Morgenstunden abreisen musste. Ausserdem wollte ich abends das Restaurant via Roomservice nutzen, da ich noch arbeiten musste.

Nichts davon war möglich, obwohl ich das vorher schriftlich bestätigen habe lassen. Mit Verlaub, ich finde es eine bodenlose Frechheit, der Rezeptionistin aufzuladen mir das mitzuteilen, anstatt VORHER das Zimmer via Booking.com rechtzeitig abzusagen und dann noch den vollen Preis zu verlangen.

Dazu kam ein unverschämt teurer, unbewachter Parkplatz von Q-Park. Der Sentry Mode meines Fahrzeugs ging in der Nacht wegen ungebetener Gäste, die in das Wageninnere blickten, zweimal los, und die Ladesäulen waren iced. Ja, ich hätte sehen können, dass ich unter Linden geparkt habe.

Mitten im Zentrum, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Relativ laut, da Busparkplatz direkt vor dem Fenster + ein Platz mit Restaurants.
