Overall Stay was nice and will definitely stay again & Recommend to others
Pros:

Front Desk attendant was very helpful, and friendly. The jacuzzi suite room was clean, bed was comfortable, air purifier in room was definitely a plus, felt safe and relaxed. Breakfast was typical, yet fresh and hot. Breakfast area was clean and seating options were nicely setup.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit and air purifier were a bit loud(yet still appreciated), Didn’t like the knocking on door by 2 different people over an hour before checkout time waking me up in a panic, had me feeling a bit rushed

Overall a quiet and pleasant stay.
Pros:

As good as usual. A bigger breakfast room would be nice, it was a bit crowded.

Cons:

Door to my room did not seem to lock properly, (146). Remote on TV changed channels in only one direction, (up and down feature). Missing light bulb on floor lamp.

Cons:

Someone had set the alarm, so we were forced to wake up at 5:30am. The person next to us was using their shower, and we could hear everything. Only stayed here to take a state test that is proctored in Springfield. Will stay elsewhere if we need to return.
