Pros:

Great location in the Makati Area.
The room is big and clean, the pool is very nice and the staff lovely.
The breakfast is incredible !

Cons:

The decor is a bit old fashioned but it’s a detail

Pros:

Liked the facilities and comfort. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had, with a great selection of Asian food.
The cleaninliness was impressive.

Cons:

The designated smoking area is small compared to the number of smokers and just one for the entire hotel.
I had to go up and down from the 30th floor for smoking
Also there was no comfort for smokers, no chairs, benches, and no share.
I thought that the hotel is supposed to make guests feel welcome, not punished for being smokers.

Great hotel
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel . We stayed for a couple of nights . The room was huge and in immaculate condition.
Breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a large choice of dishes. We also ate in the bar one evening ending and the food was excellent along side being reasonably priced.
Staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. Would recommend if you are staying in Manila.
