A wonderful and memorable family stay with great service, a convenient location, and an enjoyable dining experience.
Pros:

I really liked the location and overall cleanliness of the property. It’s within walking distance of the malls and conveniently located not too far from the airport. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating, especially with our request for connecting rooms. My family also really enjoyed the buffet because there was a wide variety of food to choose from.

Disappointing
Pros:

There’s a smell on the room so we asked to be moved. They moved us but it was still the sane problem. Also we just hit back from the province and had a long journey. Had to wait gif a while gif out room to be ready. They asked us to wait in the lobby

There was unpleasant odour in the room and ghd whole floor basically

All in all our stay was good.
Pros:

Location, amenities and staff

Cons:

Privacy? I guess. We can hear the hotel guest in the other room. Another thing happens also when we had our spa, while having foot massage someone open the door without knocking or asking if someone is inside.

Overall, a phenomenal stay
Pros:

From the warm, genuinely sincere staff to the efficient room maintenance, every aspect of our stay was top-tier. Customer support was incredibly attentive, and the hotel car service was delightfully prompt. An absolute 5-star experience overall!

Warmest team in Makati.
Pros:

The welcome hostess and receptionists were marvelous. After a sleepless journey they brought warmth, kindness and help. Ajay at reception helped daily from check-in to check-out. Hostesses Teressa and Gwen gave cheerful chat and good advice about the local area. The concierge guys helped with luggage and finding a grab car to leave to airport. Circle restaurant team and the cafe also very friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay and work from here again.
