המזגן המרכזי מתוחכם מידי או מיושן מידי זה לא ברור. סה"כ ביקשתי להעלות את הטמפרטורה ונאמר לי שזה אמור לעלות בהדרגה. הטמפרטורה לא עלתה בשום שלב לטמפרטורה שרציתי ונאלצנו לכבות את המזגן. למה לא לשים מזגן פשוט?

Great wiew and the best lobby
Pros:

Skvělý hotel s vynikajícím výhledem na okolní mrakodrapy. Naprosto úžasné lobby s restaurací a výhledem do zahrad a mrakodrapu . Absolutně skvělý fitnes a bazén . Obsluha a personál úplně nejlepší !

Pros:

Very comfortable - I like the older style rooms with a big bathroom and an actual bath. The pool area is fantastic too. Nice and close to all the shopping malls in Makati.

Nice room but that's it

Cons:

Extremely hazardous situation with the bathroom floor. White ceramic tile EXTREMELY SLIPPERY WHEN WET. I'd be amazed to find out no one has been severely injured by this stuff. At checkout, staff took their sweet time getting to the room & we missed our cab to the airport

I will always make this my first and last stop when visiting the Philippines

Every time I come to the Philippines this is my fist stop, always clean, the breakfast is beyond delicious and the staff is the friendliest people I have ever met

Pros:

The gym was excellent. The staff were lovely. Room was spacious with lots of storage

Cons:

Sage bar was good but service was hit and miss, three people behind the bar, but only one appeared to be working, the guy with the glasses. That made things a lot slower than it could have been
