Unnecessary headache desk clerk rude and disrespectful. Says smoke free Hotel every floor smells
Pros:

The sun rise and sun set couldn't wait to check out.

Cons:

Elevator broken, plumbing broken none stop leaking, room furniture broken drawers hanging off and refrigerator door was on backwards couldn't use freezer or refrigerator cabinet kitchen cupboards made it impossible to open refrigerator door.

I’ve stayed in many Extended Stay Motels. This one is dilapidated.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Pretty easy to find.

Cons:

The building is old and in need of updating. The kitchen in our room was barely adequate.

Would stay here again
Pros:

Convenient location . Easy check in and out. No steps being handicapped. I didn't use it, but it was nice to have a full kitchen. The recliner was unexpected.

Cons:

Small bath towels. Low water pressure in the shower but it was enough to wash off the soap.
