A comfortable stay.
Pros:

First impressions: What a large room, and a separate bedroom with a nice, clean bathroom off it. A nice kitchen area. It's all so clean. Enough seating and great lighting. Enough  crockery and stuff in the kitchen. Does the aircon work? Yes it does - a bit slow maybe? Friendly, helpful young lady on reception. Parking area pretty grotty, but secure and only $35 per night. Also a lift straight from parking to the accommodation floors. Any shops nearby: Coles and Woolworth about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and takeaways just nearby. What's the absolute worst thing? The window frames are a bit old and worn, but in the bedroom there is secondary glazing which is modern enough. This is just great.


After a day or two: The bed is great for me. The water flow from the shower is pretty bad. The tap on the wash basin in the bathroom sprays everywhere. The toaster should be replaced. The noise from outside is really bad. Double glazing would be a huge improvement, but a big investment. Clean but needing a bit of maintenance - only a bit though.

Uncomfortable beds, shower in the bath is awkward... Dont think they have rooms without the shower over the bath. Our room was dirty, smelly, mould on wall, ceiling. No smart TV.
This apartment block is not great I suggest avoiding. Original room was unsuitable due to mould, so they gave us another one which wasnt much better. Had a mould smell, exhaust fan in toilet didnt work. I asked to have it cleaned but nothing was done. Wouldnt stay here again. AVOID

I normally love this property and have stayed here many times.
I felt this time that it had changed noticeably. The staff were unavailable and unhelpful. The rooms were not as clean as previous and smelt of nearby cafes grease traps had somehow come through the aircon vents. Unpleasant.
