Great clean stay
Pros:

The staff were excellent, kind and friendly. The room and hotel was very clean and you are even welcomed in by a pleasant smell. The breakfast each morning was great. Only thing notable is that the hotel is older and it shows in the bathrooms. The tub and toilet are separate and the lighting dull and so is the color of the tub. But still very clean.

Pros:

I enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast and appreciated the cleanliness of the room throughout my stay.

Cons:

I would have preferred a softer mattress, as I found the beds to be too firm. My husband had difficulty sleeping because of this. Also, there was an issue with the toilet in our room. It leaked water every time we flushed. The maintenance supervisor however did respond immediately to the problem and cleaned up the water, but my family and I had to transfer to a different room.

When I reported the issue to the front desk and requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that she was unavailable due to medical treatments and would contact me later. I completely understand that her health and well-being must come first. However, I would have appreciated a follow-up from another member of management regarding the situation.

Given the inconvenience of having to relocate rooms during our stay, I believe a partial credit would have been appropriate. Overall, I felt the situation could have been handled more effectively from a customer service standpoint.

Elevated touches for a basic stay
Pros:

Simple, comfortable, clean. An elevated 'basic' hotel stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel -- modern foyer, outdoor tables for breakfast, nice breakfast spread, comfortable bed, good water pressure, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even got a little welcome bag of water and pretzels. Would stay again!

Cons:

AC was quite loud so we turned it off at night, which made the room a bit stuffy.

Everything was fine except receptionist and racial remarks made
Pros:

Breakfast and location was good.

Cons:

Racial discrimination remark was made about me and my son and my guest at the pool and if I was registered there my guest should of been allowed to swim my child who is special needs as well as some of the kids that were present. Receptionist gave me a hard time

Pros:

Etablissement très agréable, la chambre est grande et bien équipée. Nous avons pu passé un agréable moment autour de la piscine pour nous détendre après une longue journée de route. Le parking est grand et il est facile d'y trouver une place. Merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli, pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur, une perle cette femme ! Petite attention de l'hôtel à l'arrivée avec un petit sac de bienvenue (avec notamment des bouteilles d'eau, ce qui est super quand vous arrivez tardivement).
