Pros:

The pool was very nice. There were enough seats and loungers for the time of year. The breakfast was good.
Our bed was comfortable. The suite was clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed in the suite was well used and was uncomfortable to sit on. Perhaps it is time for a mini refurbishment in the rooms.

Okay, aber ich würde es trotzdem nicht nochmal buchen

Es war insgesamt okay.

Cons:

Was mir aber nicht gefallen hat, war zu aller erst das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn. Es war super verchlort und hat ganz ekelig geschmeckt. Andere Hotels hatten in diesem Fall eine Wasserstation zum Auffüllen von Flaschen. Das fehlte total.
Der Frühstücksraum war sehr trist und es wurde, wie oft in den USA, mit Plastikbesteck und Tellern gegessen.
Unser Zimmer hatte einen ganz unangenehmen stickigen Geruch trotz laufender Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls eher trist und nicht einladend.
Die Lage war okay. In der Nähe waren ein paar Fast-Food Restaurants und Supermärkte. Zum Strand und der Innenstadt ist es jedoch schon ein bisschen noch weg.

Tolles Hotel - leider zu wenig konsequente Abläufe

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war es nachts sehr laut. Ein Gast im Nebenraum hat laut Musik gehört - immer wenn ein Hotelangestellter um Ruhe gebeten hat war zwar Ruhe, kurze Zeit später wurde es aber laut. Ich hätte mir mehr Konsequenzen gewünscht. Ich konnte leider mir wenig schlafen.

Do not stay at this worn out hotel.
Pros:

Very disappointing. Looked great from the outside but inside worn and old. Room smelling so stale we had to open the windows to get the stale smell away. One small garbage bin. Bed pillows were like little cushions and not full pillows.Bath walks were old and yellowed. The shampoo and conditioner were so minimal it was pathetic for best Western. The body lotion was so old smelling like it had not been used in years, I had to wash it off my face. The light for the hall and bathroom sink were the same.. just a bad design all round. The price was $136 but the disappointments were far greater. And Please don’t greet me as “Hon” at the front desk. I am a customer not your buddy. Do NOT recommend staying here.

Our stay of three days was pleasant!
