Guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns ideal. Wir haben uns grössenteils zu Fuss durch Paris bewegt, und wenn die Wege etwas weiter waren, lag die Metro ganz in der Nähe.

Das Zimmer wurde stets sauber gehalten und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben das Hotel jedoch nur für die Übernachtung benützt und keine weiteren Leistungen beansprucht.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart.

Einmal kam es vor, dass wir nach einem Ausflug zurückkehrten und unsere Zimmertür (vermutlich nach der Reinigung) nicht richtig geschlossen war. Es hat jedoch nichts gefehlt. Wir haben den Vorfall trotzdem gemeldet, und uns wurde zugesichert, das Reinigungspersonal entsprechend darauf hinzuweisen. Es sind keine Schäden entstanden, daher war es für uns halb so wild.

Otel çok güzel lokasyonda ve oda çok kullanışlıydı. Güzel dizayn edilmişti. Temizdi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı, teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi, ve lezzetli ürünler vardı.

Keşke odalarda full halı olmasaydı, benim için tek problem buydu.

The location was excellent, with a metro near by and a huge choice of cafes and restaurants close to the restaurant. The staff at the hotel were friendly as well. Overall aesthetic of the rooms were also really good and modern

Cons:

I think the cleaning of the room can be done much better as we noted a few times that after the room was cleaned, that there was dirt left over from the night before which wasn’t cleaned (eg. Empty water bottles and tea bags were left there as well used cups).

The bedsheet was not replaced every day and we could see visible marks on the sheet which indicates that it wasn’t. For a 4 star hotel, you definitely expect better cleanliness.

We had to request for water bottles to be replaced as well as tea bags and toilet paper to be replaced which again for a 4 star establishment should never be the case, and should be checked and done everyday.

Posizione molto tranquilla, si dorme bene. Abbiamo avuto una bella camera all’ultimo piano, che in realtà era una tripla quindi spaziosa, da cui si vedeva la basilica del Sacre-coeur. Colazione varia abbondante davvero molto buona

Qualche difficoltà nel regolare la temperatura in camera, è arrivato un caldo anomalo a fine maggio, abbiamo dovuto togliere il piumone dal sacco x dormire. La tv non è Smart. Il bagno è un po’ piccolo
