Pool and spa were out of order so drove 200 miles and being 75 and 85 years old was looking forward to nice soak for tired bones drove back home was a big disapointment

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub thermostat was broken. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool for our kids. We paid more for a hotel with this amenity.

The sheet on one of the beds had horrible stains. That always makes you feel uncomfortable!

The property is worn out and needs a major upgrade. Carpets in stairway of building B are torn and filthy dirty. Room was supposed to be non smoking, wasn't.

Pros:

The room was clean and location near the hospital. We had a pet with us, I noticed on booking it said there might be an additional charge, but surprised by the $75 extra for the pet.

Easy access to room from door. Room seemed clean.

Cons:

There was a smell to the building (I should have brought a candle)that wasn’t pleasant, soaps and even the makeup remover smelled horrible. Could hear the person in the room next to me snoring so clearly I thought they were under my bed. Got total crackhead and scared vibes entire stay.

The location was great close to all stores

Cons:

The customer service was not the best, wish they can have a bit more of personality when people arrive instead of just staring at the customers. The room carpet definitely needs a good cleaning, horrible smell in the room. I had to sleep with the window open to air it out

The hallway as you walk in the side door of the second building reeks of cigarette smoke. The bed is extremely broke down, the air conditioner doesn’t stay on for usage of the temp or fan.

Absolutely gross, will never stay here again.
Pros:

Did not like my stay and will never go/stay there again. Would not recommend.

Cons:

The entire experience, but I was exhausted and desperate. The cost was extremely high, especially considering the condition of the room and condition of hallways, etc.
After reporting the room condition, no one even said sorry or offered a different room. They didn’t seem to actually care.

Entire building smelled like pot, asked for a smoke free room and put in the same building as the smokers rooms, blinded had holes in them. Very run down hotel.
