Overall good experience
Pros:

We love to stay at Beachside, it’s not a Cocoa vacation if we don’t stay here. It’s convenient, clean enough and the pool area is great.

Cons:

I will say it was a little more run down than our last visit. Also I was surprised by the free beach chairs they offer. I was expecting beach chairs when they actually only provide camping chairs. That was a little disappointing but overall we love this place.

It was ok, things broken in our room and it smelled like old sour clothes.
Pros:

The pool area was extremely clean and the location to the beach was close.

Cons:

Needs to be updated. Don’t serve the same breakfast everyday.

I would pay more to get a nicer hotel!
Pros:

Rooms were nice but expensive for what they were. Bar closed at 7pm , which I didn't think was acceptable and the dated bathroom had no shower curtain which meant the floor kept flooding.

Cons:

Expensive for what it was. The Best Western on St Augustine bayfront was both cheaper and much nicer

Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et la climatisation fonctionne bien. Les serveurs au restaurant sont très agréable et sympathique

Cons:

La restauration est à revoir : les repas sont répétitifs, de qualité moyenne et les portions manquent de générosité, contrairement à ce que l’on peut trouver dans d’autres hôtels.

L’animation est quasiment inexistante, ce qui fait que l’on s’ennuie rapidement. De plus, les transats et les équipements extérieurs semblent laissés à l’abandon et sont couverts de poussière.

Personnellement, je suis déçu par mon séjour et je m’attendais à une prestation de meilleure qualité.
