There were no chairs in the room. There were only high stools

Bed was very hard ! Room was Hot !!! Ac was loud all night long ! Toilet ran water all night , the room smelled of pot!

The mattresses are not comfortable and the rooms are a little outdated.

The first room that we were in was very old it smelled, and it did not look like it had been clean cleaned. We were supposed to have a safe in our room and when I called the front desk to tell him about it, she said that they are facing them out. Nobody is facing out room safes. Everybody depends on them. The TVs were not even smart TVs the door to our back balcony had a major crack in it, and we were afraid to open and close it all the time or at least lock it cause it looked like the lock was getting ready to come off. Let’s talk about their breakfast so they advertise. It comes with a full flesh breakfast. It was disgusting the eggs were powdered eggs their hashbrowns were overcooked and fried that they were greasy. The only thing that was decent on there was the sausage that actually was cooked all right. Their bar/restaurant that they have there. We ordered a pizza and I swear they use canned sauce. It was disgusting and we paid a lot of money for just a cheese pizza. The pool water was so warm. It was not refreshing and I’m not just talking warm. I’m talking really really warm. There was no lifeguards on duty anywhere the hotel was just very very old. They said they did an update. I’m not sure exactly how many years ago the updates they did they put a metal roof on. They painted the building and they added the lazy river the safe in our room when we finally got moved the buttons to set it were broken so it came with the key that we had to carry with us they said there was no cleaning service unless you requested so if you needed any kind of things you have to call and they would bring it to you.

The breakfast was better than at other places, but some items could be improved.

And it’s something you unfortunately see at all the hotels: the eggs seem fake and don’t taste good.

Rooms are old. Back door did not shut all of the way and front room fan did not work. Beds were not very comfortable. Pool water felt like a hot bathtub. Security yelled at kids for throwing a football and having fun (they could’ve been doing worse things). Took 3 hours to get fresh towels and then took over an hour to get toilet paper. Had to call two times each time to remind them. The free breakfast was terrible and food from their on-site restaurant was not worth it. However, they do offer free refills when you buy a soda for $3 and change. We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend and was told that we could see fireworks from the hotel but we did not see any however we heard some. All of the check-in staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, I woke up at 5:50 AM to rent a cart, umbrella, two chair, chairs, boogie board, and a surfboard — that was pretty easy to do but had to wake up early!

What a disappointment.

Floor was filthy, my son’s socks were dirty after a few minutes.
The room had a bad smell.
The door opened onto a car park and did not feel secure.
Bed sheets were rumpled and looked like they had been slept in.
There was a small kitchen but no cutlery, pot, pans or plates.
We were on the first floor, there were no net curtains so no privacy.
Lightning was terrible.
There was a dead insect in the sink.
We tried some food, my chicken burger was brown and the fries were undercooked.
We were booked for 2 nights but left after 2 hours.
Don’t let the pics of the lazy river fool you.
