WE LOVED IT!!!
Pros:

Everything! From the location and breakfast to the staff and the free amenities! (Like beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, to movies & snow cones) There was a lot of families here the week I went but it was spring break and it was so cool to see everyone no matter the age have a good time! Thanks Lou!

Cons:

I wish they had a hot tub for the cold days!

Absolute fun for the family
Pros:

The spacious room was excellent. The pool was fabulous and very busy all the time.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I prefer. The breakfast being served on all disposable plates, knives, forks etc wasn’t great. The waffles were fantastic

Good but need some updates
Pros:

The location (walking distance to beach), the pool, sand box and breakfast were great.

Cons:

Room was tidy but not clean, flickering lights, leak in the ceiling, toilet issues, had a microwave but no microwaveable mugs/plates.

Der Pool ist sehr schön, die Lobby und das Restaurant sind auch schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon recht alt. Die Türen schließen nicht mehr richtig und die Zimmer zur Straße hin nicht angenehm von der Lage her. Wir waren beim Artemis II Start dort und haben über 500$ die Nacht bezahlt - was absolut zu viel ist.

Pros:

The staff is very kind and polite, the pool and all the amenities and games for the kids are terrific and the spot is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Even though I didn’t use it, the hotel rent for free bicycles. Breakfast was good and the whole experience was super.

Pros:

Close walk (across the street) to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with our car rental. Very nice pool/lazy river. Also the pool side bar had a nice bartender. Love that they show movies by the pool. Stayed the night before a cruise. It was close to the port. Lots close by. Grocery store, fast food, dunkin donuts, etc.

This is a family, friendly property and everything they have for families to enjoy. Vacation is amazing the bike bikes, the wagons, the umbrellas, the movies, the music, the food, the location, the people amazing.

Very kid friendly. Nice beach view if you have the right room. Clean and well maintained.

Cons:

If your staying multiple days, and hope to save some money by having breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast never changes so it gets old quick.
