It was a short but pleasant stay - great location and comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff at NH Collection Crillón hotel was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very cozy, good breakfast. Best of all, the location - not too busy, relaxing surroundings with the park and lots of trees; easy access to everywhere.

I already booked my stay for next January.

Cons:

La peor habitación de un hotel en años, la 425. Muy poca luz, da a un patoo interior con chimeneas, aparatos de aire acondicionado. Ruido constante, día y noche. Colchón malo y viejo. Sin opción de cambio. Seis noche sin pegar ojo. Fatal!!

La atención del personal de recepción, magnífica.

Cons:

El tamaño y la disposición de la habitación y sobre todo el baño. Pequeño, incomodo y que necesita una renovación. Al igual que la habitación.

Todo excelente, ordenando, limpio. Y excelente atención del personal, con atención y amabilidad.

Cons:

Aislamiento de sonido. Se escucha cuando abren o cierran las puertas de al lado y parece que estuvieran abriendo la de la propia habitación.
