Contratan seguridad de una empresa privada. La persona en servicio cumple únicamente con el horario, no le pidan más.
Se acumula gente en check in y check out al haber una sola persona al frente del mostrador.
Se dio una situacion que una mujer que se hospedaba tuvo un percance, la seguridad no ayudò en absoluto, al contrario, procuraba estar lo màs lejos posible de la situación. La persona de recepción imposibilitada de actuar por la gran cantidad de gente que tenía que atender. Encima no le dieron acceso a las camaras de seguridad a la persona que estaba en recepción por políticas del hotel, sólo lo pueden ver superiores que precisamente no estaban allí. Mal servicio.

El trato recibido, fuimos 5 personas, llegamos a las 23:00 horas, el chico que nos atendió le pedimos ampliar una noche, nos dijo que él no podía, que todo a través de Booking, le explicamos que el segundo día nos iríamos pronto (4am) y que nos quitase el desayuno, no lo hizo, nos cobró todo, las tasas nos las cobraron mal, como si fuésemos 5 adultos, además dos de ellos con documento argentino..todo buenas palabras pero 0 empatía y 0 resolución

El bar restaurante es lento y le faltan opciones de comida más rápida, como un Club Sandwich o similar. El personal es muy atento, pero escaso. Los baños deberían tener más privacidad.
