We had an A/C issue, ut finaally they could solve it. Need to say that they tried to solve it eat every request, but it took one tecnitioan to find the issue.

Nos sentimos como en casa cada vez que venimos. Destaco a Antonio en el front desk, muy amable y cordial.

A pesar de mi tarifa me encontré que el desayuno no estaba incluido. No supe porque. Lugar muy lindo
La habitación pequeña. No hay lugar para apoyar 2 valijas. Otra cosa no te reponían las 2 botellas de agua como estaban al inicio
Fue muy grata la atención y sobre todo los detalles en pascua de resurrección
El chef tuvo el detalle de armar una mesa con conejitos de pascua y huevos , y al check out nos regalaron una rosca de pascua.
Nota aparte las flores naturales en la recepción y la zona de desayuno. Hermosas. Alegran la estancia y se agradece el agua de cortesía
El desayuno es muy bueno, abundante y variado. El ambiente general del hotel es muy agradable. La ducha, y el baño en general, es un poco estrecha.
La ubicación
El baño está deteriorado. Le faltaba vidrio en la ducha, se salía toda el agua. La canilla está suelta. El gancho para colgar la toalla suelto. Había telarañas en el techo, por ende una araña. La cama grande se notaba que eran dos unidas … incómodo.

De tudo!!! Já ficamos nesse hotel uma vez, e gostamos tanto que resolvemos repetir, o café da manhã é delicioso e bem de frente para praça San Martin, e a localização é excelente muito tranquilo os arredores.
Saímos para o aeroporto mais cedo,e já tinha alguns itens para degustarmos ao lado da recepção e o café que foi servido ali estava muitooo fraco,mas que fique bem dito,só nesse momento porém o café lá no café da manhã estava muito bom.
Lo más destacable es la atención de su personal, sobre todo de Antonio que siempre nos hace sentir como en casa.
La habitación es cómoda y espaciosa con todo lo necesario.
Que no hubiese zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno. La calidad del café no está a la altura de un desayuno de hotel 4 estrellas. Creo que era mejor hace 2 años como estaban estructuradas las estaciones y la calidad de los productos es más baja.
El hotel es hermoso, limpio y el personal muy amable! Además el desayuno muy rico !

La actitud de las camareras. No tenían yogurt natural sin endulzante, es decir natural y les pregunté si tenía que ir a comprarlo y me dijeron "si quiere"... No recogían los platos sucios de la mesa mientras estábamos comiendo. Se echo a perder la máquina de café de granos y la reemplazaron por café filtrado. Empezamos a salir para tomar un café rico. Lo más débil del buffet era la sección dulce. Esperaba facturas deliciosas... Todo lo demás: recepción, botones, camareras de habitación, habitación muy bien
