Gostei da simpatia e presteza da equipe, da localização quanto a proximidade dos locais de meu interesse, do enxoval da cama, dos travesseiros e do silêncio do hotel.
Da limpeza do quarto, gostaria que fosse mais eficiente pois é muito superficial. O café da manhã é bom, porém exatamente igual em todos os dias, sem nenhuma diversificação dos itens apresentados. A minha sugestão é que precisam ser mais criativos para conquistar os hóspedes a investirem no café da manhã, uma vez que é pago separadamente, e não é barato. Não gostei dos amenities (shampoo. sabonete líquido e creme de corpo). Me pareceram estar no banheiro por tempo indeterminado, e me questionei quanto a validade, além de não serem bons. Ainda acredito que os sabonetes em barra e os frascos pequenos de shampoo e creme, principalmente em que se leia a validade são a melhor opção.

Excellent location and very well connected to the busiest parts of the city. The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. However, as I was out for most of the time I did not report it, otherwise, I'm sure it would have been rectified by the friendly staff.

La ubicación y las camas cómodas. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada todos los días.
La atención de la recepción en la madrugada. Mi check out lo debía hacer en la madrugada y quise tomar una ducha, no había agua caliente y llamé a la recepción y nadie contestó.
Cuando reporté a mi salida esta situación al recepcionista de turno, me comentó que durante la noche ya le había reportado problemas connel agua caliente en algunos pisos, pero parece que no chequearon todos.
La ubicación, la atención del personal, la comodidad de la habitación y su excelente desayuno!
Que faltaba jabón para las manos (estaba vacío el dispensador) y que la pileta tenía algunas manchas.

Las habitaciones son muy muy chicas y la mía tenía una vista pésima a unos muros, mientras que la foto de la reserva mostraba una linda vista. Debiera advertir la descripción.
