Pros:

Our door to our room wouldn't lock meaning we couldn't leave our room. This was attempted to be fixed resulting in it locking but couldn't be unlocked so still couldn't leave :( a solution we suggested was a different room and we were told that couldn't happen

Great location
Spacious room with balcony

Cons:

The bed wasn't great & housekeeping may have been having a bad day. Dishes drying on the bench, no coffee cups or kitchen cloth. Dripping showerhead and broken bathroom light. Nothing too major, just inconvenient. I have stayed before and its been excellent

Pros:

Very helpful staff, clean spacious room and good value for money.

Cons:

Key system there was slightly weird but definitely not a deal breaker. Would absolutely stay again.
