Great Long Term Stay!!!
Pros:

I often stay at the Marriott Marquis Queens Park when working in Bangkok. I travel from the U.S. and typically stay for about a month at a time—more than four months total each year. After so many stays, it’s long overdue that I write a review to recognize the exceptional staff who take such outstanding care of me and my wife.

I’ll start with booking and arrangements. Siriporn does an absolutely outstanding job coordinating my stays—not only for me, but also for many of my coworkers. Every detail is handled professionally and thoughtfully, making long international stays effortless.

The front desk team is always a delight. They consistently greet us with genuine smiles and are incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special shout-out to Best and the entire front desk staff for making every arrival feel warm and seamless.

The Marriott Club Lounge team truly deserves special recognition. Emily, Great, Mew, Dew, Chomphu, Coke, Tar, Toey, Ice, Nicole, Baitong, Mini, Noon, Chanel, Baitoey, Donut, and Pearmuay (and I know I’m missing a few others) treat my wife and me like family. They greet us by name, are always friendly and attentive, and go out of their way to make a long time away from home feel comfortable and personal. Their kindness and consistency are remarkable.

I cannot recommend the Marriott Marquis Queens Park highly enough. Beyond the incredible staff, the location is outstanding—within walking distance of many of Bangkok’s best amenities, restaurants, and destinations. This hotel has become our home away from home, and it is entirely because of the people who work here.

Marriott Marquis? More like Courtyard Marquis
Pros:

I typically choose Marriott properties like The Athenee or the W Bangkok because they offer functional facilities for fitness. Unfortunately, my experience at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park has highlighted a significant structural capacity failure that makes it difficult to recommend for anyone who actually likes to swim, particularly during the busiest period of the year.

Let’s look at the math of this property’s infrastructure. The hotel has 1,388 rooms. Even using a conservative 'base' calculation of only 2 adults per room (ignoring families, kids, and extra beds), you have 2,776 guests.

Based on the physical dimensions of the pool on Level 9, it cannot functionally handle even 1% of the guest capacity. 1% of your guests is ~28 adults. If 28 adults entered that pool simultaneously, it would be a safety hazard, not a swimming facility. In reality, just 4 children in the water render the pool unusable for exercise. The pool is a decorative water feature at best, not a 5-star amenity.

The W and this Marquis have similar pool sizes, but the Marquis is 3x larger. At the W, the pool is open 24 hours, creating a 'pressure valve' window for fitness swimmers after families head to dinner. The Marquis closes at 8:00 PM, forcing nearly 3,000 potential guests into a peak-hour bottleneck.

Management’s 'special case' solution was to offer me a shuttle to a Marriott Executive Apartment nearby. Their idea of 5-star service is for me to pack a bag daily, sit in Bangkok traffic, swim at a different hotel, and shuttle back. I paid for the convenience of on-site amenities, not a cross-town commute.

I now know why there are no bathtubs in the rooms; you’ve consolidated that into one giant, communal bathtub on Level 9. For a traveler who relies on overseas trips as a rare window for health and fitness, having this amenity 'blocked' by poor operational hours is infuriating.

To be fair, Goji Kitchen is excellent. The breakfast spread outperforms the W and The Athenee in variety and quality. However, a good omelet does not compensate for failed infrastructure.

Other than the breakfast, I see no reason why this property is superior to any local 4-star hotel. If you actually want to swim, even the Four Points across the street is a better choice. I witnessed guests getting suite upgrades for yelling in the lobby on Sunday; it seems being rational and quiet here just gets you a shuttle bus ticket.

Top hotel
Pros:

One of the largest hotels in Bangkok, if not the largest.
The rooms are quite nice, even if they have dated furnishings.
The hotel offers many amenities, a very nice rooftop, and several restaurants.
The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel; the selection is incredibly vast; you absolutely must try it.
The location is excellent, near a park and some of Bangkok's most prestigious shopping malls.
You must try it; it's an excellent hotel.

Fabulous hospitality hotel
Pros:

What makes this Hotel rate so highly are the staff ! Make sure you pay for Executive Club access for all the additional f&b services.
And if you do - look for Khun Coke ! He is the type of hospitality staff that demonstrates true hospitality!. Hotel has some great local shopping around it, and plenty of dining outlets. Room service cleaning is fast and efficient and the roof top bar is spectacular

nice hotel in Bangkok. Recommended.
Pros:

I was at the hotel for a conference in November, 2025. Good location rooms were comfortable and the food at the breakfast buffet and for lunch was not just excellent but outstanding. Ask for a high floor towards the back of the hotel (towards the park) because the street can get kind of noisy on the weekends. I had a pleasant stay. Be sure to check out the park which is accessible by the doors next to the buffet.

Bad service
Pros:

The staff quality at both A Bar and Siam Tea Room was extremely poor.

I clearly informed them when ordering food that I have a vegetable allergy and requested that no vegetables be included. However, both restaurants still served my food with vegetables.

This demonstrates a serious lack of attention to service and care, making the overall experience not worth the price paid.

Very good business hotel
Pros:

Was at a conference at this hotel. Service is quite good, food in restaurants and catering good. Gym was a highlight with new equipment. I was upgraded to a king suite. It was spacious and quiet but needs refurbishment. Was also invited to M Club which was really nice for morning breakfast. It is a huge hotel. Next to park and shopping area. The Siam tea room had great lattes. Housekeeping very nice includes evening turndown .

Amazing Stay....will go back again next time I'm in BKK
Pros:

I visited the property with my wife and kids. Both rooms got upgraded to club rooms even though I was only entitled to one being a platinum member.

Amazing service, great food and I particularly loved the breakfast.

Huge shout out to the ladies and gents in the M Club, they were fantastic, anticipating needs, making sure the drinks are replaced before the first one is done.

Can't wait to go back again

A True Home Away from Home – Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Bangkok
Pros:

From the very moment I step into the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, it genuinely feels like a home away from home. The front desk team are always amazing — warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. I’m never waiting long before I have my room key in hand, ready to enjoy another flawless stay.

The rooms here are consistently spotless and feel remarkably spacious. The showers are truly second to none — without question, the best water pressure in all of Thailand! The beds and bedding are super soft, fluffy, and make it almost impossible to get up in the morning.

And then there’s the legendary M Club Lounge — one of the best across all Marriott properties I’ve experienced. The team here, led by the wonderful Director of Rooms, Ms. Anchuleekorn, and the ever-attentive M Club Lounge Manager, Ms. Supanun, go above and beyond to make every guest feel truly at home. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality are what make this hotel shine.

The food and beverage offerings are exceptional. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at the Gogi Restaurant or relaxing in the lounge, you’re guaranteed to find something delicious. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had — with almost endless options to suit every taste. This culinary excellence is all thanks to Chef Sorn, who has been ensuring quality and consistency since my very first stay here years ago.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Bangkok that offers comfort, class, and the warmest hospitality imaginable, I highly recommend the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

Cheers 🙏

Compliments to the Chefs🏆🏆🏆
Pros:

The hotel is super friendly, service is exquisite and facilities are superb.
I stay here regularly for business.
This time I want to praise the Chefs, and especially the experience I had this week in the Lounge happy hour.
Every single day they vary the foods. Different cuisines, different styles, Thai, international, from all over.
Today was the Italian night.
The ravioli and soup were amazing but the star of the show was definately tge Arancini, Thai style, filled with Mozzarella and Green curry filling. To die for,
Thanks Chefs: SUNISA, MAY and LUCKY, you are the best 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Amazing stay as always!
Pros:

My partner and I have stayed many times at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis and it’s been our favourite option in Bangkok. Great location, it’s close to everything from restaurants, spas and bars to malls and entertainment.
From the moment we arrive, we always feel welcome. Some of the bell staff even remembered us from past visits and greeted us with a cheerful “Welcome back!” a small gesture that makes such a big difference. We also love the M Club Lounge. The team is consistently friendly and attentive, we would especially like to recognize Khun Baitong. She is approachable, attentive and always goes the extra mile to ensure we are well taken care of. Whether answering our questions or simply checking that we are comfortable, she does it all with professionalism and a beautiful smile. Highly recommended this hotel! We will be back

Outstanding Service from Cue at Marriott Marquis Bangkok
Pros:

I left my glasses on my SQ flight when I arrived in Bangkok. I had already emailed lost and found, but luckily I met Cue at the Marriott Marquis concierge. He went above and beyond—through his colleague at the airport, he managed to get my glasses back! Cue is simply excellent at what he does and truly embodies outstanding service.

Great staff! Highly recommended!
Pros:

I would highly recommend the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park hotel. The staff are amazing!! They’re always nice and willing to help the guest with anything! I got some issues with an online order delivery and I didn’t have a local phone number to contact the delivery company. I walked to the front desk and randomly asked someone if he can help me. His name is Q. He quickly jumped into my case and contacted the delivery company and solved the problem for me. Not only that, he provided his contact information to the delivery guy and received my boxes for me. I had to leave the hotel earlier, and Q passed the boxes to one of my friend. What a nice guy!! So nice and reliable!! You can always trust the people there! That’s a huge deal when you travel- to stay in a place that’s clean, safe, convenient and full of trustworthy staff! Highly recommend this place!!
