Everything was great at the hotel, but the air conditioning was warm.

I have stayed at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G several times already, and it continues to be one of my personal top choices in Bangkok.

While the hotel itself is admittedly showing its age in certain areas, what truly sets it apart is the consistently outstanding service. This is exactly why I keep coming back.

Thanks to my ALL membership, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to an Executive Suite during my most recent stay. The room was exceptionally spacious and perfectly suited for a longer stay, offering both comfort and functionality.

What impresses me the most, however, is the Executive Lounge on the 27th floor. The level of service there is simply exceptional. The team, led by the wonderful Khun Fon, is highly professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They even remember my personal preferences, which adds a very special and personal touch. The quality and variety of food and beverages easily surpass many higher-end hotels with executive lounges.

I would also like to highlight a particularly memorable moment during check-in. One of the reception staff members at the main lobby, Khun Chompoo, recognized me from a previous stay several years ago. Not only that, she remembered my preference for sparkling water and had already arranged for it to be served as a welcome drink in the lounge before I even arrived there. This level of attention to detail is truly remarkable and very much appreciated.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for once again making my stay so special: Fon, Pleng, Guitar, Henry, Fern, Ohm, Tee, Kwang, and Dew.

I am already looking forward to my next stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G near Sri Maha Mariamman Temple. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed.
A huge thank you to Mr. Henry for his warm and familiar hospitality—it felt like coming home. We were also incredibly grateful for the room upgrade! The room was spacious and beautiful, and my son absolutely loved it, especially the pool area.
I’d like to extend a special thanks to the Executive Club Lounge team: Khun Pleng for the warm welcome and Khun Fon for taking such great care of our family.
As an Accor Plus Platinum member, the benefits here are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the Afternoon Tea and the Happy Hour—the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect.
Our family also had a blast at the mezzanine level. My son loved playing the giant floor piano, and we had so much fun playing foosball together. It’s those little touches that made our stay so memorable.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. The property feels very dated and is in clear need of refurbishment. The rooms are particularly tired, with worn furniture, cupboards and doors that don’t close properly, and a fridge that didn’t keep items cold.

I’d also skip the club lounge access—it wasn’t worth it. The space is quite small and felt overcrowded with tables and chairs, and the selection of food and drinks was very limited.

That said, the staff were the highlight of the stay—friendly and helpful throughout.

Just had our 3rd visit to the hotel and already have our 4th visit later in the year booked.
The pool has now been finished and looks amazing.
All the staff we encountered from reception, bell hops, bar staff, cleaners and security were all so lovely and pleasant and would go above and beyond.
Location is fantastic. Close to amenities, BTS, restaurants and bars.
We can't wait to be back again in October.

Petit déjeuner correct. ( Mais Entièrement halal). Le personnel gentil. Restaurant Scarlet au sommet très bien . Le lit très grand et confortable ( sauf oreillers totalement plats) . Emplacement excellent . Le prix correct mais à bangkok autour , nous avons vus bcp de meilleures options au meme prix ou moins.

Très bien placé. Hôtel calme, chambre spacieuse et agréable. Personnel au top !petit déjeuner super !
