Great location excellent hotel and really nice helpful staff
Pros:

Perfect location nice rooms and view
Good breakfast and amazing restaurant on the top floor. Downstairs bar was great

Cons:

The furniture is getting a bit worn in the room. Lifts are slow. Gets crowded at breakfast

Dirty and Vile hotel. Manager ran away when we asked to see them.

Vile. Disgusting hotel.
5 stars?
There is no way this is a 3 star hotel, let alone a 5 star.

That lobby, the lounge, the rooms...
This place needs to be gutted.

White disgusting dirty rooms.

The sink in the bathroom had been cleaned in months.

Pros:

This is a wonderful, lively city hotel. Great views from the upper floors over the city. Comfortable rooms, very clean & a pleasant atmosphere. Amazing, friendly staff - particularly in the executive lounge, where breakfast in particular is superb - try the Greek yogurt it’s utterly delicious! The executive lounge staff were also super helpful regarding planning our trips and excursions, giving lots of advice and answering g all our questions with their great local knowledge. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful! Perfectly located hotel to reach everything in the city in a reasonable time. Lovely pool area & pool bar too - nice to unwind there after a long day city sight seeing. Would stay there again.

Dommage il faudrait faire quelque travaux de toute urgence
Pros:

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé,le personnel est plutôt accueillant et nous avons pu bénéficier de la disponibilité des chambres à notre arrivée sans supplément ce qui est plutôt très agréable quand on voyage pour affaires ça permet de se reposer un peu à la sortie de l'avion et surtout de se doucher

Cons:

L'hôtel a bien vieilli et les chambres auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement je viens dans cet hôtel depuis 15 ans et chaque séjour je le vois vieillir un peu plus ,les rideaux étaient d'une saleté invraisemblable

Mycket bra hotell överlag som är bra för dig som vill ha nära till shopping, mat och nattliv.
Pros:

Väldigt bra läge som gjorde att det var nära till skytrain och annat i centrala Bangkok. Det var extremt stora rum och det gillade jag. Mycket plats och fin utsikt över Bangkok. Frukosten var okej men inget speciellt.

Cons:

Kunde ha varit lite bättre städat då det var en del hårstrån i badrummet.
