The water closet is not good to flush
A good hotel in a good location. Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean and had all the features and inclusions you'd expect in a 4 star hotel. Check-in was great, friendly and efficient (so was check-out). Staff throughout the hotel were friendly. We were able to walk to quite a few attractions by turning left or right outside of the hotel :) and to get to other places of interest a Grab was the best way of getting there (cheap and reliable).

Zimmer zwar sauber aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Der Abfluss im Bad war leider etwas verstopft.

The rooms are in terrible condition. Old, worn and dirty.
Firstly I’ve received the room 3211 as the pictures below. I was shocked of how dirty the room was. The staff immediately changed the room to 2606 that was OK.
I’ll stay again in Pullman G as soon as they fix, maintain and clean it to a decent standard.

Air conditioner wasn't that cool. The breakfast buffet was nice but the fried eggs were cold as were the hashbrowns (potatoes) on multiple days.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms were fabulous, great views and spotless. Food was lovely. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely pool & gym. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Great hotel to stay in if you are not paying yourself. I was here for 2 days on business. It's in a nice but rather expensive area.
