Always a great stay
Pros:

It’s less than 5 minutes away from the River walk

Cons:

The Fire alarm went off at 12a and we had just got in the bed. Then the elevator wouldn’t work right after that

Bed was comfortable and room was ok. The hotel wasn’t what I was expecting at all
Pros:

Inside the room was decent

Cons:

On all the floors of the hotel it smells old, elevators hot and they were out of order for awhile, and it takes a very long time for the elevators to move after pushing button, my water was cold and I had to shower elsewhere. Parking is too expensive, breakfast should’ve been complimentary considering the inconvenience , my sheets and blanket were damp after they changed them out etc.. I will nvr stay at that particular hotel again unless they remodel. However the staff was nice and understanding of my experience and concerns

Pros:

Stayed here for a convention as the NBA finals happened. Seamless and comfortable. Property staff is very very nice. Beds are comfy and the A/C is great. Knicks in 5 with love
