I have stayed here a few times it was good,but this weekend i was disappointed i was sitting on the bed and saw a big cock roach come in the door(206) the night clerk was very nice about moving me to another room(220) that room was OK it needs some upgrades the bathroom door couldn't close the shower wall was messed up all and all the hotel is ok the staff is wonderful i just had 2 rooms bad experience im sure they will spray the hotel and do the upgrades

The room was not very clean. Lots of hair in the floor and the rotten bathroom door trim had been painted over. The arms were falling off of the desk chair in the room. My key card was deactivated 3 times and I had to go to the front office to get that fixed. It looks like the facility had been re painted and repairs were rushed and not completed properly. The shower walls were cracked and broken from the old shower curtain rod. The amount of caulking was visually unacceptable. This was room 115 if someone wants to look. The tv remote was missing upon checking in.

Next time I'd ask for a room on the side of the building away from the adjoining Starbucks drive-through.
The lemon water available at the check-in desk downstairs was lovely. Our room was very clean - I appreciated the floor wasn’t carpeted in the room!
There wasn’t any body wash - not a dealbreaker at all, especially if it keeps the nightly rate so affordable.
The lobby was clean and breakfast was OK
This location is being used as an extended day. The workers came in and out all night, slamming the back door entrance to the hotel right next to our room into the wee hours of the morning and then start again before 5 AM slamming doors. There’s no security on that back door Came out into the lobby five times to report it and nothing was done about slamming door
