Pros:

Bed was super comfortable. Staff was really friendly. Liked the large room size and sofa.

Cons:

Not enough lighting. No ice machine on our floor. Very little storage space for clothes.

Enjoyable stay. Nice clean room. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was fine for our purposes, as we were just passing through and it was directly on our route for an overnight stop.

Cons:

Next time I'd ask for a room on the side of the building away from the adjoining Starbucks drive-through.

Clean, comfortable stay
Pros:

The lemon water available at the check-in desk downstairs was lovely. Our room was very clean - I appreciated the floor wasn’t carpeted in the room!

Cons:

There wasn’t any body wash - not a dealbreaker at all, especially if it keeps the nightly rate so affordable.

We were exhausted. We had no rest at all.
Pros:

The lobby was clean and breakfast was OK

Cons:

This location is being used as an extended day. The workers came in and out all night, slamming the back door entrance to the hotel right next to our room into the wee hours of the morning and then start again before 5 AM slamming doors. There’s no security on that back door Came out into the lobby five times to report it and nothing was done about slamming door
