The location is just in the city center few minutes from the beach. Small business style hotel.
No parking available, ypu need to use private parking which is 20-30 Eur per night. Also, our window was just opposite the Irish pub, so quite noisy at night. We stayed one noght, so it was manageable.
A great hotel in one of the best locations in Cannes. Very clean, with a good breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Its location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city, just 100 meters from the Red Carpet area and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel offers exceptional value for money. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable, with balconies that add to the charm. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the entire city, while some rooms even offer glimpses of the beach. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. The breakfast is exquisite.
