Nightmare hotel visit that should NOT be the same rate as the nicer hotels like Westin and Sheraton.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Spent 45 minutes trying to get to the location when I should’ve been five minutes. So many barricades and road closures we were not warned about ahead of time. Once we got there, they told us they would not have their regular breakfast in the morning, even though I had already paid extra for it on your app. Then they told us that parking would be extra even though it wasn’t listed on your app. Once we got to our room, the TV didn’t work and when I told the man at the front desk, he said oh yeah, we had a power outage a couple of days ago. THEY KNEW IT WASN’T WORKING! I asked him why he wasn’t telling customers that when they checked in or discounting their stay.

Pros:

The location was convenient to many places. There were many bars and eateries just a couple of blocks away. The room is spacious.

Cons:

The hotel appears outdated. We’ve been coming here for years and I think this might be our last visit. For the amount we paid, we expected a little more modern. The booking told us that there was a shuttle, but when we got there, they said they didn’t offer that service.

Pros:

The bathroom was nice and area was nice but it’s Westport.. not the Plaza

Cons:

The bed felt very cheap and way too firm
And the hotel was not in or at The Plaza. It was Westport which would have been cool if I went down to hang out in Westport
