Ha habido un error en la reserva y no quieren hacer la devolución, cuando yo ya he pagado por el día que era correcto. No me llega un correo de reserva por lo que no puedo detectar el error.

We had a good time due to the lady at reception - wish I’d got her name.
Pros:

The lady on reception was amazing and went out of her way to help us with luggage and sorting parking for our large car. She gave instructions for pinchos bars close to the hotel as it was raining heavily.

Cons:

We had three beds in our very small room, we had just booked a twin. So the room was cramped. So much wasted space in their bedroom design. The pillows were very hard!

La mejor experiencia en Logroño
Pros:

Hotel moderno con una excelente ubicación. La atención por parte de todo el personal fue increíble. Destacar la excepcional atención de la mujer de recepción, que me ayudó en todas mis dudas. Habitación cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Opción 100% recomendable para disfrutar de la ciudad.

Very comfortable hotel right beside Portales street and on the camino route.
Dog Friendly too
Staff were lovely and welcoming to me and my dogs

Cons:

Very minor. No bar or food service on weekend, but wasn't too much hassle as right beside the restaurants in town.

Pros:

Todo perfecto. Personal resolutivo y atento, las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas comodísimas. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Logroño pero en una zona tranquila. El desayuno buffet es impresionante, merece bastante la pena.
