La ubicación me encantó y la habitación que nos tocó también. Era una superior y la verdad que estuvo todo fantástico. Servicio también inmejorable, super amables.

It’s a very simple but convenient hotel. Perfect for a business trip or a few days in the city, the rooms are very spacious.
Para nuestros planes en Logroño, el ubicación resultó excelente, muy cerca de un muy buen Estacionamiento. Todo el personal de la Recepción fue sumamente atento y cordial. Las instalaciones nos resultaron realmente muy buenas, incluyendo los ascensores, que suelen ser un problema muchas veces en los hoteles. El desayuno nos pareció muy bueno, con muy buen café...!
Seguramente, cuando regresemos a Logroño (tenemos amigos que viven allí) volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel si tienen lugar

La comodidad de la cama y lo acogedora que era la habitación.
El Paking que nos hicieron esperar mucho y al final nos enviaron a uno que estaba un poco lejos.

Very poor WIFI that kept dropping the internet, and poor signal strength.
Terrible underground park with a very narrow, twisty, ramp down two floors. Only suitable for a Mini size car at best.
Very convenient location, amazing breakfast
Never ate the breakfast. We only wanted coffee and something light. This option was not available.
The location was great and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
No coffee available unless you purchased the breakfast buffet. This is ridiculous!!
We also found the room to be in need of more lighting . Finally, the tub/shower was very dangerous. It should have a safety bar on shower wall and something on tub floor to make it less slippery. Just a lawsuit waiting to happen!!

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond what was expected. When we drew up outside the car got a puncture, and sank down to its wheel rim before our eyes. The receptionist rang three different companies before she found someone who could change it. The barman and cleaning staff were also very good.
The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and also had decent sound-proofing. The pillows were excellent. The bar had good wine and we enjoyed a decent nightcap there. The location was ideal for Calle Laurel but sill pretty quiet.
The mattress was a tad hard but not unbearable. The people in the room above seemed to be rearranging the furniture constantly as it squeaked across the floors but as they never did it when we were trying to sleep it wasn’t a problem.
