Det som plaget meg mest, var aktivitetene som foregikk i 12. etasje. Ustrukturert og lite nøye.
Pros:

Effektiv innsjekkingsprosess, og alt var enkelt og greit.

Cons:

Jeg inviterte noen gjester til kveldsmat, men restauranten i 12. etasje glemte å bestille mat til én av gjestene mine. Vi var ferdige med å spise, og denne gjesten hadde fortsatt ikke fått maten sin. Dette var altfor dårlig. Vi spurte jevnlig personalet om maten var på vei, men den kom veldig sent. Serveringen i restauranten i 12. etasje fremsto som lite strukturert.

Todo ! No tengo ninguna queja ! Desde que entras por la puerta te hacen sentir como en casa, hotel amplio, limpio, personal increíble y el restaurante hace un menú increíblemente rico .

Pros:

Excellent for us. A 30 min bus ride to the centre. Enjoyed the vibe. Great roim facilities.

Cons:

Small pool and bar staff need to be better organised. Glass on pool floor, we had to ask for it to be cleared up.

Pros:

We had just amazing stay at this hotel! Staff was always smiling,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious all the time,location was very close to stadium and city centre. The best of the best was pool on the rooftop! View was breathtaking and the sunset…..without words! Cant wait to be back🙂.

Pros:

Lokalizacja super, niedaleko (10-15 minut spacerem) dwie stacje metra. Hotel z ładnym wystrojem. Przestronny, czysty pokój z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Smaczne śniadanie i inne posiłki. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Ogółem jesteśmy zadowoleni

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena a 5-7 minutos caminando del Bernabeu y de muchos establecimientos de comida. El staff fue amable y simpático.

Cons:

Esta un poco viejo y descuidado en los pasillos y parte de las habitaciones. Ciertas puertas no cerraban bien entre ellas, la del baño. Nos quedamos 2 veces en este hotel y las 2 veces tuvieron problemas con el WIFI, incluso la segunda vez estuvimos toda la tarde noche de nuestra llegada sin WIFI. Fue arreglado en la mañana siguiente.

地理位置不错，到机场就40分钟左右，去市中心也很方便，离公交站很近

Cons:

浴室淋浴龙头有点小，室内灯光不是很充足，而且灯泡有点闪烁
