eleccion perfecta
Pros:

me encanto la ubicacion, justo al lado del bernabeu y aunque la l linea de metro mas cercana estaba de obras podias ir paseando hasta nuevos ministerios viendo tiendas y restaurantes
se ocuparon de llamar a un taxi a la hora que les comente y el servicio muy amable
habitacion estupenda, amplia y limpia

Good value for money, thoughtful practical design.
Pros:

Great lighting in bathroom, provision of hooks and ironing board etc - much better practical solutions than many other hotels I stayed in over my 3 weeks in Europe. Even the scales in reception was a great idea!

Cons:

I had a room opposite the lifts and the door to my room was not at all soundproof making it very noisy with people talking by the lift, banging suitcases, and the beeps of the lift buttons. Also the sweet pastries & churros at breakfast were very dry, otherwise a good breakfast. Would be helpful on check-in if the rooftop opening hours were mentioned.

Pros:

La azotea es muy agradable, un ambiente muy relajante. La cama también era muy cómoda y el agua de la ducha salía con muy buena presión.

Cons:

Está muy mal comunicado con el centro de Madrid, se hacía realmente complicado desplazarse. El desayuno aunque abundante debería ser más cuidado: bollería más casera, frutas que se vean más frescas y de temporada.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçues car nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine et elle était fermée : en effet après le marathon nous espérions pouvoir nous poser vers la piscine et pouvoir tremper nos jambes…
Nous avons aussi demandé un petit déjeuner plus tôt que l heure habituel en vue de la course… même minimal, à livrer dans notre chambre le jour du marathon… cela n’a pas été possible non plus.

Ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Madrid
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage - Nähe zum Real Madrid Stadion - zu Fuß gut erreichbar;
Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung;
Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück;
Freundliche Bedienung beim Check-In;

Cons:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können nichts aussetzen - außer vielleicht: der Bierpreis in der Roof-bar war sehr hoch
