Buena Ubicacion-Hotel Urbano - parking no es una verdadera opcion
Pros:

El personal del hotel y del restaurante fue lo mejor. La Ubicacion es muy buena.

Cons:

Elegi este hotel por tener garaje ya que iba en mi propio coche.. el personal fue tan honesto para advertirme del dificil accesso y del pequeño tamaño de las plazas. Tuve que aparcar fuera durante la lluvia. Si hubiera sabido esto segurament no habria reservado este hotel. Por lo demas todo correcto

No tuvieron conmigo el detalle de cortesía en forma de copa de cava. Imagino que fue solo un despiste sin importancia

Excellent
Pros:

Friendly staff and always there to help if you need it and also rooms where very clean all the time so the cleaners did a really good job and worked hard ...and I am going to miss the roof top bar as that was a nice place to eat and too have a drink..and location was great for madrid 🏟

Cons:

There is not a thing I did not like it was exactly what we was looking for.
