Si vas a Madrid no es el hotel que te aconsejo. Pasarás una mala experiencia
Pros:

No me gustó nada. Limpieza y atención pésima

Cons:

A mi llegada me encontré el lavabo sucio, la sábanas con pelos del anterior inquilino. Bajé a quejarme y me dijeron que no iban a limpiarlo.

Los chicos de recepción son lo mejor
Pros:

El trato de Carlos y Teresa, los chicos de recepción, fue maravilloso, continuamente pendiente ya no solo de nuestra estancia si no ayudándonos con información de transporte etc.

We really like to stay here
Pros:

We really like this hotel: the design, the rooms (beds are super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice) and the breakfast. The roof top bar is also very nice. The neighborhood is quite, which is good.

Cons:

Location is not bad, but there is no metro station nearby. Buses are maybe the best option, but going or coming back to the city center takes around 40-45 min. Of course, Taxi/Uber/Bolt are also an option.. but depending on the days and times this could get quite expensive.

Bon hôtel, agréable et spacieux.
Pros:

Hotel confortable et moderne, chambres spacieuses , literie agréable, très bonne climatisation.
Le personnel est accueillant et affable.
la localisation est un peu excentrée mais on y gagne en tranquillité.

Cons:

Les couloirs peuvent être bruyants et les horaires de coucher en Espagne sont tardifs. Il serait de bon ton de rappeler cela aux occupants afin que chacun y mette du sien.

Alojamiento perfecto en el centro de Madrid.

La ubicación es excepcional.
