Hotel needs a lot of work and cleaning

room sheets had a burn hole in them and both the sink and shower water would take awhile to drain.

So bad I did not stay. Dirty sticky, everything broken or not working. Took a shower, then left.

My first room smelled like cigarettes and air freshener spray that very much did not help things. The windows couldn't be opened, so to air out the room I left the door open. My sheets weren't clean (brown spots) so had to ask for a new room. New room was smaller but at least didn't stink. There was a hole in the bathroom door covered with duct tape and painted over. The curved shower curtain rod was installed at the wrong angle (curving downwards) so the shower curtain couldn't be closed and just slid open. I understand this is a budget option but every room could use some serious attention.

Our stay is terrible. I informed the staff that there is cockroaches inside the bathroom. The room was not clean at all.
I want to request for a refund.

1st room TV didn't work and shower barely worked then found a bed bug crawling on the pillow

There was no outlet cover in the blow dryer area

Poor maintenance. Water in tub would not turn off. Breakfast was only a waffle. Bed mattress needs to be replace. In bedroom and bathroom the corners were never clean. A lot of dirty on floor. Around the toilet was filthy

My room had a cabinet with a large hole. My sheets, the spread on the bed, the toilet and bathtub all had burnt marks. I had two large suitcases, I was alone and my room was on second level, there are no elevators. I was very uncomfortable there, I asked if I could cancel my reservation, they charged me for the day and refund def me for the other 4 days. I have stayed at other Quality Inn property’s and they were a great experience. I would not recommend this property at all. I almost forgot, my peephole was stuffed with paper towel, there was a hole in the bathroom door stuffed with paper towel and there was graffiti on the bathroom door. This experience was very unsettling.

Not safe for my family and my kids very loud people doing drugs people working on there car like a mechanic shop not very clean the pool was disgusting the staff was nice but the place no i left and got another hotel i lost the money but my family safety is more important

Found a cockroach the first step we got in . We are very disappointed , the pool was so dirty that it was green . The phone doesn't work , the AC smells like ciggars . Tv doesn't work , weird stains everywhere . Please do better !😡

The place is far to downtown, every time when i took uber i pay $25 without traffic it's too much. Totally recommend stay in the downtown.
