Pros:

Good location, amazing roof terrace.
The room itself was not well isolated so quite a lot of noise, especially at night.
For the test room was clean and comfortable

Pros:

It's near the convention centre, which was great for me. // The fifth ave. has a vibrant vibe, there are many bars and clubs. // They offer very satisfying breakfast menu. // They have a fancy old classic lift which was once the fastest.

Cons:

The fifth ave. is quite crowded at night, so if you are really sensitive to the noise at night, well just think about that. (For me, it was acceptable.) // The once-the-fastest-lift: this is not twin lift anymore + the manually open/closed door ...

Pros:

Loved the restaurant next door. Great drinks and food.

Cons:

The historic of the elevator was cool concept but only one was working. Hard to open and to shuffle luggage by yourself. Definitely took forever to get to the rooms or get to the lobby. AC units in the rooms were loud woke us up a few times in the night.

Relaxing, convenient, and fun.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated and kept well. Staff was friendly, Kimberly at the front desk and Rafael in the Valet service were great. Lots of amenities.

Cons:

The elevator is tiny and only one working makes waiting for an elevator tedious. At least a 5 minute wait each time.

Amazing place would love to stay again.
Pros:

Very convenient location by petco park and Gaslamp.

Cons:

Honestly loved everything about it, our air conditioner was not working and I had to ask them multiple times to fix it, after which it worked sort of poorly.

Nice location, very central.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower. One functioning elevator takes forever. Paper thin walls where you can hear every word your neighbor is saying. AC was broken.

Wonderful stay in quaint hotel. Great location and friendly staff! Elevator is 100 years old so it’s kind of slow and hard to open but not a dealbreaker.
