Great view
Pros:

The view from the Balcony was just "wow". The unit was deeply cleaned every day. Clean towel every day. Close walking distance to CBD. Parking provided

Cons:

Because it's winter. It will be very good if you provide flour mat at the kitchen and at the toilets, so our feet don't feel so cold.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and lovely. Our room was warm before we got there, was nice especially coming in from the cold. Plenty of space and our beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I think it had just been freshly painted so the smell of paint was quite strong ... The pipes gave a great big rattle and shake through the wall i had to adjust the water temp for a bit to get it to stop sounding like it was gonna burst through the wall.... And parking under the building wasnt my fav either however i am greatful.

Good stay!
Pros:

We recently stayed for three nights in a Superior Lakeview Two Queen Bed Room with Kitchenette and overall had a very positive experience.

The hotel's central location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options. One small improvement would be brighter lighting along the buffet wall, as it was quite difficult to see some of the food selections during the darker winter mornings.

Our room was comfortable and suited our needs well. However, as the room included a kitchenette, I had assumed there would be some form of cooking facility available, such as an induction cooktop, which would have been useful for preparing simple meals if needed.

One area that was disappointing was the shower pressure, which was extremely low throughout our stay. We also felt that parts of the room, particularly the carpet and décor, were beginning to look dated and could benefit from a refresh.

We ordered room service during our stay and were very impressed. The food was delicious, well presented, and exceeded our expectations.

Parking was another challenge. We found it difficult to secure a space on Level 1 after 6pm, as many parks were already occupied. The issue was made worse by some larger vehicles overlapping into adjacent spaces, reducing the number of usable parks available.

Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The excellent location, friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and quality food made for a very enjoyable experience overall, and we would happily consider staying again.

Other than that everything was a good experience & was stil happy!

The view in the morning, privacy & the bed was comfortable, location was close to everything, bus stop outside.

Cons:

There was no kitchen. Even if you had a restaurant, ther stil couldof been a kitchen :)

Room was warm and clean.
Pros:

The room was warm and clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately very noisy children in room next door made sleeping very difficult. Breakfast was okay but not hot.

Cons:

Our only disappointment was having small, extremely noisy children in room next door. Still awake and yelling at 1am. They should be accommodated away from other guests. No wifi code given or info folder.

Pros:

The room was big and clean, thanks to the cleaning staff who tidied up our room.

Cons:

The receptionist was a bit off. During our check in, she told me that there will be a surcharge for credit cards. When I was about to pay, I was surprised she added the surcharge without even asking me what card I will use. I then said I will use a Visa Debit Card. She again told me that there will be a surcharge for an International Credit Card. I answered her, I am not using an international card as I live here in NZ.

It was a bit judgemental.

Also, the buffet breakfast are quite expensive for what its worth. There are limited options which we didn't enjoy.

An excellent stay with beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

The lake-view apartment was absolutely beautiful. Copthorne Hotel provided us with exactly the room we had requested, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities were excellent. Copthorne provided an extra bed in the living room, making our stay very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Chris Teo, the manager, was especially helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

What I didn't like was that the closet was separate from the shower area. We expected them to be connected or located in the same space for greater convenience.

Pros:

Lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable and reasonbly priced in June. Staff were very helpful.
