Enjoyed the room and views but sadly the facilities let it down and those are the things u remember

The rooms and the view were great .Felt spacious with the outside balcony

Cons:

The fact we were looking forward to a dinner meal and had organised our meal from the menu sitting in our room only to find that it wasn’t open was disappointing to say the least having to settle for a delivery meal in our room .This wasn’t the first time after being informed that meals and drinks weren’t available 2 weeks previous on I believe it was the Sunday night The mini fridge in our room was swimming in water in the morning which I informed staff of and also sent an email but have still had no reply which I feel is a bit tardy

Close to shops, great view
Pros:

10-15 minute walk from Queenstown city centre where all the shops are. Amazing view of the lake from breakfast buffet restaurant, living room and master bedroom.

Cons:

Spa wasn't working.
Breakfast options were okay and some of the food didn't stay hot. By the time you added milk to the coffee and brought it to the table it was cold.
Our family is sensitive to dust and we got a bit itchy, not sure what it was from but the property appeared clean.

I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was good and the view is a bonus. It takes about 10mins to walk to the city centre which is great because parking is a nightmare in town.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. It was $25 and it was the most basic breakfast you could have. However, if you have an early tour and just need to have a quick feed before heading out, it's a good enough option.
