For the price we paid I expected a little better

Cons:

All rooms are advertised to be with a lake view which is not really accurate. 2nd room we stayed in was facing a very street facing other buildings with a glimpse of the lake on left side.

Staff were very polite and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs.

There is limited parking so high chances you may have to park on street

Thankfully Queenstown was fabulous your hotel was a disgrace need a complete refurbish
Pros:

Not very much it was very tied looking and old fashioned very expensive for what it was lake view was a bit artistic in discription
The staff were disinterested and were in the back office more than on reception

Cons:

See above I could go on and one we travel through New Zealand extensively it was the most expensive hotel a the worst one of all l would never recommend it
You’re ready on the location for such a large group you should be really ashamed of yourselves
I would give you a one for location only

Good value accommodation
Pros:

Well layed out rooms and a handy location. This place was good value for the money paid. We had bar snacks there and they were very good, we would stay again

Cons:

We couldn't check into our room when we arrived due to a delay in cleaning, when we did check in the room had a strong curry like odor in it. We got used to it but noticed it everytime we entered the room after leaving.
