Beautiful
Pros:

Had an amazing view of the mountains.

Cons:

At the time the restaurant was closed so that sucked. Also their breakfast was too expensive.

Disappointed but made do with it.
Pros:

The cleaners did a good job.

Cons:

The whole place needs a deep clean & update for the rating it is given. I think the view of the lake up’s the rating definitely not the rooms or the whole ambience of the place.
Don’t think the reception understood the issue. Very average but not when you paying good money it’s not as of it’s on the centre of Queenstown.

Pros:

The room was a good size, twenty minutes walk into town. Quiet apart from road noise.

Cons:

Single glazing meant road noise was quite loud. Breakfast was ok, but lukewarm with not enough staff so dirty dishes everywhere. Everything was just a bit run down. Adequate for a short stay but we wouldn't come back.

Clean and comfortable but too far from town
Pros:

We recently stayed at Copthorne Lakeview 88 Frankton Rd Queenstown (I put the address because there are a few Copthorne accommodations)
The room itself was quite dated and could definitely do with a refresh. Our room and guest areas are certainly clean, and our beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the location was a bit of a drawback for us retirees.
It's further from the CBD than we would have liked (gentle slope down to lakefront but a struggle walking back up), making it less convenient to come and go.
While the stay was pleasant enough, the distance from town would likely stop us staying there again
