Great Apartment with sensational veiws and a easy walk into town
Pros:

Fantastic location, just a short walk into the center of Queenstown. We had a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with sensational views of the lake, great for our family with 2 teenagers.. It was great having parking for our rental car, along with a small kitchen. It us on the main road but didnt hear traffic noise, we did find the apartment creaky and could hear the neighbors walking around , but it wasn't intrusive. We would recommend staying here and would rebook if we returned to Queenstown.

This hotel is all about the view, and it is stunning. You cannot help feeling relaxed, and the staff are excellent.
Pros:

The view is stunning from both bedroom and lounge balconies. The facilities are comprehensive, clean and useful. It is well served for transport, for both airport and town.

Comfortable but thought we were going to be closer to town CBD.
Pros:

We were given a "Disability" room - not sure why and were on the ground floor on the main road. Bathroom was huge but not practical for us. Out of town so a long steep walk in and out of town!

Cons:

Asked for a different room off main road but to no avail.

Only had to stay one night-not the best experience
Pros:

Went with a Road Scholar group. A weird set up-if your room was on the left hand side of the property you had to drag your suitcase up several stairs to get to the elevator. The other option was to go to the ride hand side of the property where there was a ramp, take the elevator to floor 4 to cross over to the other side to take the elevator down to your floor. Really???? The room was dated and the breakfast was meh at best.

Good enough but nothing to brag about
Pros:

Great location with clean room. We found the atmosphere Ok but it had a feeling of being old. It had a 70's feeling.

Comfortable & clean, nice & helpful staff but the poor breakfast would stop me staying here again.
Pros:

Beautiful view over lake and to mountains. Comfortable & clean room. Staff are welcoming, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast; poor - food quality was low and at 9am the restaurant was nearly empty but most tables had not been cleared. Location; 15 minute walk is a little too far from town centre.

Enjoyed being in a pretty central area and it worked for our needs.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the shower water hot and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We used the spa but just one of all the jets was working fine.
Was the room a little dated?
The hall and elevator carpets could have been kept up better with vacuuming.
The refilling of the buffet dishes seemed a little slow.

Great
Pros:

Nice and spacious room with 2 double beds. So comfortable I had the best nights sleep for ages. Good walking distance into the centre of town. Good parking, good wifi.

Cons:

Bit expensive for 1 night but that’s what happens when you don’t plan ahead
