Small issues that could have been avoided
Pros:

Great location for one

Cons:

No TV for the whole time, and no communication on when it would be fixed, it’s a four star hotel and we paid good money, don’t have dinner at the restaurant, that’s another story

The location, the space , the views

Cons:

The split sections have to walk all the way to the other end of the hotel for the parking lot doors. Also the parking is not great needs more 2nd level parking atleast

Fantastic time spent, would rebook and recommend to others.
Pros:

View was spectacular. Staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Super comfortable beds and house keeping each day was excellent. Room was always left clean and comfortable. We would come back again.

Cons:

Not as close as other places to town centre but was still an easy walk in when needed.

Large room, comfy bed - don't stay near a room with stairs or you will be up all night.
Pros:

Great outlook from balcony, spacious room with comfy, warm beds. I liked being able to opt-out of daily room servicing to donate towards kiwi conversation instead. We chose this option for each day of our stay. Good area to stay - albeit a steep hill to walk back up from Waterfront area of Queenstown.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same each day of our stay - more fresh fruit and GF options would be good. Noise coming from the rooms with upstairs made it difficult to sleep - inconsiderate people staying in these rooms. The shower was very difficult to set or regulate temperature.
