Perfect hotel for departing from or arriving at PVD
Pros:

The location is perfect - five minutes from the airport terminal, yet we didn’t hear any noise from jets taking off or landing. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the property, and the staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. You can even purchase a real breakfast in the morning for a reasonable price - much better than the mediocre fare you usually get for “free” at other chain hotels.

Cons:

The only negative was the cost of beverages at the bar. A Bloody Mary using Tito’s vodka and a Jameson on the rocks were $18 - each! Yikes! The bartender was very nice, though.

Great value, great hotel
Pros:

Very close to airport with excellent free shuttle. The hotel was very clean. They also had a bar/restaurant right in the lobby which is great for solo travelers. Would definitely stay here next time I fly out of TF Green

Pros:

Close to the airport. Next to a good restaurant.

Cons:

If you wanted to watch Netflix you had to have an account with them. The same of Apple+ and any other streaming channel. That was the only way to watchTV. No channels were provided. The property was run down. The fan in the bathroom didn’t turn off and ran all night. The front had huge weeds in the planter.

Comfortable, pleasant, and fun.
Pros:

The people were fantastic! The room was nice and cozy. The building was nice and the cookies were delicious.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included with the room. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

It worked well for a quick visit to attend a high school reunion.
Pros:

airport location, airport shuttle

Cons:

Bathroom sink outside of bathroom. Parking situation was odd: minimal parking spaces adjacent to the hotel. overflow parking appeared to be a public parking area away from the hotel, not something I was expecting.

Loved the location and I would stay again but I will give a through inspection for bugs.
Pros:

All the staff were extremely nice and pleasant, very clean could smell the bleach when I walked in. I like that. Loved the fact that you gave out cookies at night, that was a great touch.

Cons:

Well the last day we found a roach crawling on the lamp shade. It was literally when we were leaving so I won't hold it against you. We did alert the front desk. The maintence gentlemen tried to act like it wasn't a roach but it was, I have google AI and it said so.

very disappointed that i will be suspect at next stay. Beds MUSTA. Be freshly made
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. 2nd bed, queen, had not been made. It was dirty wrinkled. Person had to sleep n top of bed with a separate blanket. Inexcusable when told to check out counter, girl was not at all sympathetic, didnt offer an apology, or offer compensation for future visits. Hair was on sheets!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient/clean with upgrades in process, but Overpriced.
Pros:

Spacious room and nice modern renovations ongoing at the property. I liked that the room floors WEREN'T carpet, but LVP which is easier to keep clean for guests. Location was convenient to PVD airport which was necessary due to flight departure time. Restaurant was closed at the time of my stay due to reservations, but you can tell detail was going into the design (no idea on the food though!)

Cons:

Name changed between booking & check in from Radisson to DoubleTree. There was no advance notification, so it was very confusing as someone not familiar with the area. Due to renovations at the time of my stay, drive up access to the front lobby was limited and felt unsafe trying to get in/out of the entrance due to traffic on Post road. Better directions and signage for customer parking would be helpful. No breakfast (snacks available to purchase) & the "Free" WiFi is only free with a Hilton Honors account-- make sure you have data available if you aren't an Honors guest. Overall, very overpriced (almost $700 for 2 nights at a discounted rate...) but at least it was clean/accessible and the staff was very helpful.

Pros:

The room tv’s could not get the local tv stations so could not watch the football game in our room. We had to go down to the bar to watch-but the upside was that our bar tender (A.B) was spectacular. She was very engaging and made the whole experience much better.

Felt right at home
Pros:

Clean, modern, well maintained.
Great location.
Very comfortable

Cons:

Disrespectful guests next door to my room making lots of noise.
Not a reflection on the property itself, it was a very comfortable room, great accommodations.
