Racist experience that I will never live to forget.
Pros:

The worst racist experience I had took place at this hotel by the receptionist. I was treated like trash and called the police on me claiming I am trespassing while I had a reservation at the hotel. PLEASE AND IF YOU ARE BLACK PERSON, stay away from this hotel.

Pros:

The restaurant was the only thing that was enjoyable. Expensive but enjoyable

Cons:

No water pressure. Awful location. No complimentary breakfast which on website says there is. Mattresses sunk into the middle.

Cons:

Filthy, disgusting, decrepit. Stains everywhere in hotel and room. Water damaged ceilings, literally every singe chair/couch we saw in the lobby, lounge areas, and room had stains. Walls, sheets, lamp shades all stained. Not worth $300 for 1 night.

The hotel could not provide me with 2 pillows, the matrass springs were piercing my back. The rug needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs to be renovated.

Located in a Satisfying area where if you need to be close to major parts of City. Small Commute to various local and large and small businesses, Excellent conditions, Tidy, Plenty of Available Parking, Close to Freeways and Highways for easy departure. Wherever you're Travels bring you to. Non-smoking and Business, Family, and Special occasion Friendly. Room's Comfortable & exceptional.

Pros:

The night I checked in, I looked thru the room and found a sex toy under the bed. The front desk clerk moved me immediately to a second floor room which was much better. I was there for a work trip and saved money by staying in Seekonk than in Providence. DD is next to hotel. The decor is beautiful.

Cons:

Finding a sex toy in the room is gross. The hotel should fire whomever is letting John's and call girls in for cash. The room I was originally in was near the fire exit. The cleaning staff need to do better.
