It was refreshingly upbeat, friendly, and furnished beautifully. The beds were very comfortable- like sleeping on clouds

Better than expected
Pros:

The room was larger and nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel includes an indoor pool, sauna and fitness center and the buffet breakfast offered was better than average. Overall, we had expected a basic stay and this turned out to be much nicer. Location has easy access to I-5.

Cons:

Nothing really. For the price it was a great value.

Exceptional stay & easy driving distance to restaurants
Pros:

There is a free drink each night and soup and bread. Happy hour 4.30-7.30.
Really welcome after a day exploring - thank you

There could be orange juice at breakfast as no cold drinks available

Good value and did the job.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. Loved the microwave and fridge in the executive suite. Loved the happy hour with free alcoholic beverage. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom had red hair on the wall which tells me it wasn’t properly cleaned. We came across housekeeping staff on our floor while passing by and happened to ask her if she could check out the body wash bottle in our room. It was stuck and not pumping and we weren’t able to fix it ourselves and may need a replacement bottle. She told us that’s a front desk problem and to give them a call. For as long as I’ve stayed in hotels, it’s always been a housekeeping issue. We just went and got our own body wash at that point.

Great value.
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel and close to the airport. We stayed one night because we came in very late. Cheerful night desk woman greeted us. There was ample security both inside and out. The parking lot was fenced also to keep break ins from happening. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen and we really enjoyed our short stay there. Very reasonable too. I would stay there again though the neighborhood looks a little rough.

Location was in a rough looking neighborhood but ample security was provided to make you feel safe.

Pros:

Nice selection of breakfast food. Friendly bartender. Comfortable beds and clean room. Nice dining area. Enjoyed jantzen swimwear advertisements on walls.

Cons:

Pros:

The hotel front desk staff Jennifer who handled our matters at the time of our check-in was curteous and sincere. She tried the best to make our (3 families) hotel experiences enjoyable and memorable. If we visit Portland, we will definitely book this hotel again.

Excellent smaller for a very pleasant and updated motor inn.
Pros:

The room and hallways and dining and lobby were all updated and very pleasant. We loved the full refrigerator with freezer. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Appreciated the secure parking. A very good cakue.

Cons:

The neighborhood is sketchy, but the hotel is very well located near I-5.
