The bathtub didn’t drain, and our AC would turn on and off all night and was so loud it was like sleeping next to a train station.
Bathtub could have actually drained, elevator could have worked, a ramp to get your car in the back of the building, and a working AC
My first room could not use the tv was sent to deferent room that there was already guest in and the last room smelled like mold

I liked everything
It was close to the events we were attending. Good parking. Our room had a bath tub which I enjoy having. Mattress was comfortable. Room was very dark allowing me to sleep in. The AC worked great!
Facilities were a little run down.The hallway to our room had a strong odor. One of my pillows smelled like a man's cologne which was odd. All of the pillows were pretty firm, usually there are softer options on the bed.Toilet paper in the room was low. There were only 2 full size towels when most come with 4. I called in the morning asking for a later check out and the receptionist said they were out of late check outs for the day without offering me an option to pay for additional time.
The staff was very helpful in dealing with booking.com issues with their card and I had to pay out of pocket again.
I will no longer use booking.com and will directly book with the hotel.
The location was great! We were in town for a sporting event. Close access to Freeway was a plus! The breakfast is INCREDIBLE! Such wonderful staff and food options galore. There was a lounge offering beer and wine for low prices on site. They had a mini putting green, the pool area is perfect and a separate hot tub. Overall a great place. The best part was the staff, hands down!
Our internet kept searching for signal so every couple of minutes the television would freeze up. It was annoying. The rooms are very small and the bulky furniture did not help the situation. We were in each other’s way constantly. The layout and access of the rooms is not convenient if you have heavy items (our cooler for instance) you are bringing from your vehicle to your room.
