3rd night in a different room was better. Air working well whereas the first room for the first 2 nights were not comfortable as air conditioning not working right at all and made a lot of noise! So stuffy in room & noise coming from 2 rooms by us also

Air conditioner the first 2 nights. Very rattle & noisy. Staff not very friendly. I signed up for gift card for 3 nights stay & told I couldn’t receive points because of going thru a third party. Very disappointed.

Some small flaws, but overall decent stay for the price.
Pros:

The hotel staff was nice, easy to talk to, the room itself was really clean and tidy, and the breakfast was pretty good. Beds were pretty comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Also, it was a great location that wasn't too far from Big Boy's location during its America 250 Excursion, with a 5 minute drive to get to it. It was also not too far from Sacramento, which was a 20-30 minute drive. The price for staying here was a little high for a 2 night stay, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, my family and I had a decent experience here.

Cons:

The fridge in our room wasn't really cold enough, there was only one elevator in the far corner of the property (wish there could've been one in the lobby), and there was flooding on the ground floor from the heavy rain/weather conditions during our stay. Thankfully the flooding was gone the next morning. The flooding thankfully did not affect our stay in our room (3rd floor).

I like this Best Western, it's comfortable and clean
Pros:

I have stayed here several times. The breakfast is great and continues to bring us back.

Cons:

Our room was on the 1st floor (I requested it) and it was very noisy. In the past we've stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floor and it was never noisy. Thank you.

Best Western is the best!
Pros:

Friendly staff; clean, well-functioning room, great breakfast and clean breakfast room. Didn't use the pool, but I could see others enjoyed it very much. Porte cochere out front is nice for loading and unloading from vehicles. Lobby has comfortable seating and newspapers.

Location was good. Room was clean

Cons:

Booked a room for accessibility…received grab bars in bath as needed. Room had soap, shampoo, etc too high on wall in tub and by sink out of reach. Bedroom had no chairs or a table, only rolling desk chair which most handicapped find difficult. No place to sit to put on clothes or shoes and socks. Asked for chair and received a kitchen chair…no arms to assist in standing. No guide to explain confusing tv. Step up from parking lot…no handicap ramp on our side of building. Shower had no hot water first morning but had it the second morning.
