The king size bed was comfortable, the hotel room itself was immaculately cleaned.
The water pressure did suck in the shower as well as the shower never got hot. The area that it was in was kind of sketchy. There were three or four people when we arrived outside with no shoes and just socks on yelling just wandering property so it wasn't the best area.
Yes the room very nice clean an cosy the jacuzzi was so good . An I love the coziness in the room
Hotel advertises a “breakfast buffet” but in reality it was one of the saddest hotel breakfasts I’ve ever seen. There was only stale cereal, old white bread and waffles. No eggs, no sausage, no fruit, no yoghurt, not even jam or spreads for the bread.
It was a miserly breakfast. It’s clear the hotel is trying to run as cheap as possible.
Quality Inn doesn't have Quality. Ripped carpet, ripped furniture. Breakfast is too bad; nothing you can eat for breakfast. We have bread, but no jam. We have a raffle maker, but no butter, no juice, and no coffee.
The room furniture is in such bad condition. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing. I won't recommend this place. In a word, this place is not worth staying.
decent room cleanliness
bathroom had no body wash or shampoo
AC was very weak
lights shown thru into the room
Great experience.
Room was dirty very limited lighting, phone phone does not work in the room, comforter had red and other stains dirty co.forter, fridge does not work either. We did not stay at the hotel for those reason. The manager offered another room and we had the same issue.
Got to the hotel checked in then checked out an hour later . I ran for the hills. The hotel was more like a hostel accommodating the homeless . A resident asked me for money . My room was loveless and uncared for . The door lock was damaged so I didn’t feel secure . The curtains hanging off the rail . The bath was filthy the pool was covered over decorated with rubbish and empty beer cans . The room smelled of stale cigarettes and there was no welcome pack . What more , WiFi was troublesome . I had no connections to my family and reception wasn’t helpful . I started to panic as I was alone far away from home . The reception were not professional and there was no compassion regarding my concerns . I checked out immediately . I wouldn’t sleep in the bed let alone eat their food . Three star rating ? More like 0 star . The place is a hovel fit enough for cockroaches . I was totally deceived by the brochure. Looked nothing like it . It’s a smelly dirty filthy place . Outside in the street there are many men loitering and calling me . I did not feel safe and I was scared . I checked out and ran . I was booked for 7 nights . I lost a lot of money .
Worst hotel experience ever in my life
Worst hotel experience ever in my life
A good solid hotel that was clean in the bedroom were comfortable.
The staff was nice, but it is in a shady part of town. There were many signs about no smoking but the lobby smelled very strongley of cigarettes and the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. We had a fold out bed for our older child but it was dirty and the fridge was not cleaned.
£82 a night, wouldn’t pay £2. Awful. Place is filthy for a start and the area is completely unsafe. There were stains on the towels in my room, the bed sheets stank, the whole place smells like weed, old soggy coffee pods in the coffee machine, breakfast is laughable. Toaster older than me and bread sitting out that’s literally it, apple juice if you’re lucky. Corridors are noisy. People lingering round the reception and out the front of hotel off their face on drugs, went for a walk around 7am thinking I’d be fine and cars kept pulling up beside me asking me to get in. People sleep in their cars in the car park. Dodgy. Avoid. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
Beds were very comfortable! Neighborhood was a little suspicious, otherwise the sleep was excellent!
The pool was closed and housekeeping didn't clean thecroom and getvtrash out
There were cigarette burns on my bed covering. The bed wasn't very comfortable. I only slept for an hour.
The stay was great. The breakfast bar in the morning was great. The hotel was small and quiet.
No maintenance, stains on blankets, bucket under sink. Plumíng bad , floor dirty and out side looks like people didn’t look kept.
The room was not ready even though we checked in at 5.30 pm.
The receptionist wanted to give the customer a missing towel when the room was not ready. I didn't like that.
