Okay hotel
Pros:

The best thing is the location. Just steps away from the Musée d’Orsay and a walking distance from the Louvre.

Cons:

What was really upsetting was the low level of safety. When we arrived at the hotel, around 1:00 am, the hotel’s doors were open and nobody was sitting at the reception.

Sehr schön, mit wenigen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat einen guten Flair.

Cons:

Zu klein. Paris ist sehr teuer, aber für diesen Preis erwartet man doch etwas mehr Platz.

L'amabilité du personnel.
Le buffet petit déjeuner.
La réception ouverte H24.
L'emplacement.
La climatisation.
Le confort des lits, excellent couchage.

Cons:

Le manque de transmission entre les membres de l'équipe : réservation faite avec petits déjeuners et à l'arrivée on nous annonce que les petits déjeuners ne sont pas compris... vérification faite ils étaient bien compris. Debarrassage du plateau de room service demandé à l'accueil et non transmis à la femme de chambre....
Service de pressing mentionné sur le site mais pas de possibilité de faire juste défroisser des vêtements pour une cérémonie..
Suite à la chute de lunettes entre le mur et le lit, découverte, lors de la recherche, d'une impressionnante couche de poussière !

Loved Paris and loved our location which was central enough and quiet.

The staff was very friendly. I was worried that, as an American in the current political climate, there would be some animosity. The room was characterful, but small.

Wonderful and fun stay in the heart of St. Germain. Parisian friendliness abound. Thank you!
Pros:

The staff were all amazing and very helpful. I felt right at home in the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and a great variety of choices. The location was wonderful for going to visit key tourist sites.

Cons:

I think the rooms should all have showers. The tub , although very cool and chic, it was too high and a bit hard to get in and out of, not to mention the floor can get slippery so could cause a problem for someone who is older in terms of slipping. Not very practical for travelers who need to wash off each day.
