Never going back there again.
Pros:

Food was average. The best thing about the hotel is just the guy at the reception John, he was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

Apart from that my experience was terrible. I stayed there for 6 days and the elevator wasn’t working at all. I have a 1 year old baby so I had to carry the stroller down from the 3rd floor myself.

Eigentlich nichts. Das einzige es war nah zum Zentrum.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel roch nach Haschisch und feucht. Die Teppiche waren alt und klebrig. Die ganze Innenausstattung war komplett abgenutzt. Das ganze soll ein Radisson sein???

worse experience we've ever had. We had NO OTHER CHOICE but to stay there.. since we had driven 4 hours and this is where we booked. We got there and had requested rooms together, since we were traveling with our elderly parents, both who had knee surgeries, and the elevators weren't working, which we found out when we arrived. We were separated because we needed them to stay on the first floor, we got put on the fourth floor and had tk take the disgusting stairs that smelled like pot, urine and feces. The floors were dirty. trash was overflowing.. the same food plate was on top the whole time we were there. Hotel is dirty. Random man was sleeping in the lobby couch, saw him there when we went to dinner and when we came back. $150 was temporarily charged per room, NOT per reservation, which was not stated at time of booking.

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel. Petit déjeuner ok sans plus.

Cons:

Humidité des moquettes et ça sentait à chaque fois dans la chambre. L'ascenseur n'a pas marché pendant 2 jours. On a passé 3 nuits sans que le personnel nettoie. On a reclamé ils ont changé que les serviettes pas de nettoyage.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP THE INCIDENTAL FEE AND CLAIM YOU BROKE SOMETHING!

John at the checkout desk was super rude for no reason and also belittling. They also tried to keep the incidental fee by saying I broke the toilet & made it leak?! Then when I tried to reason with him he proceeded to say “alright, I give up! I’ll give you the deposit back!” Like what!???? This place is a scam!! There was nothing wrong with the toilet while/after I left! Also the whole place is covered in non-smoking signs but REAKS of cigarettes. The room was dirty not to mention.
