La ubicación, muy buena, barrio tranquilo, vista a la ciudad, el desayuno es una gran salvada para salir a la ciudad sin tener que parar a desayunar. El personal es súper respetuoso.

Habitación con mal olor, sobretodo el baño, mobiliario roto, televisión vieja, ventanas muy sucias (no se veía a través de ellas), techo del baño con emplaste y sin pintar, bañera con óxido y con marcas de suciedad.
Communication was not excellent because the one that assisted us wasn’t even sure about their policy. Wrong information was given out to us.

There were ants in my room when I arrive but I seen it a day later. Also the Environment is not the Best also to get in the City.

Breakfast was nice, the same all three mornings but there was something for all that traveled.
The hotel as whole needs a lot of help!
It's old...it seemed clean but again needs major TLC.
1) When you walk in it smells musty.
2)The hallway carpets are old and I am sure they are clean but they have stains.
3) The pillows are are lumpy as well as the mattress
4) The TV once it was on longer than 1 hr, the cable stopped working properly (it was like it was streaming and didn't have good reception)
5) The pool...this was the biggest disappointment. It's not connected to the hotel...you need to walk across the parking lot. It was not kept up. It was dirty, all the cleaning equipment was in the pool and/or outside on deck and broken. EVERY and I mean EVERY lounge chair was broken.
6) There was 2 elevators , only one worked and that one was scary. Never stopped evenly with floor. Either stopped short and step up or low and step down and was noisy. We had a room across from it and heard it open and close every time.
7) Ice machines ... the only one working out of the 5 floors was the first floor.
8) The pictures on the website (including Booking.com) are Old or doctored...the rooms and hotel looks like that maybe 10 years ago.

The air conditioner in our room did not work and the pool was located across the parking lot and we didn't even know it was there and none of the plugins worked in the room except the one in the bathroom
I didnt stay because the pool was green and hadnt been used or upkept.. you had to walk through the parking lot to reach pool....I could not stay with my grandkids. Their picture online of the pool was a lie
Everything was great staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast needs some attention, our Bed in the room was somewhat uncomfortable.

Breakfast was ok, easy check in and check out process.
Cleanliness, temperature, busted furniture in our room, elevator was broken and the inspection expiration was a year and a half ago.
I think it could have been alot better. The staff wasn't that helpful. The elevator looked rough and the light fixtures didn't have covers on them. The breakfast area the blinds was dirty. I made a waffle and it tasted funny.

The room is old. Carpet was old. It smelled white peas. The elevator didn't work right. Only thing good was about it was the breakfast. Lady was very professional
