Cons:

The staff was very rude to me and they take my payment without my permission after that they call police to me.
I don't recommend to anyone to in this hotel and the staff was in duty that day is very bad.
Im very disappointed and I need to repot to Head office if possible.

Went out came back my room key wasn't working went to the front desk couldn't give me any explanation of why I couldn't get access to my room had to give me new keys as if I had been checked out never will I ever stay at any of there hotels very in satisfied

Everything was good. Only problem i had was the elevator was not working. Great area where hotel is located.

Disappointing and didn't meet expectations. Pictures are misleading
Pros:

I liked that parking was free. The view was cool, being able to see some buildings and the skyline.

Cons:

The breakfast was decent but not great. Waffles were sour and potatoes were soggy not crispy. Everything felt old and musky. The room wasn't properly cleaned when we stayed. The AC unit is right beside the bed so it blows on you which was uncomfortable, creating a really stuffy environment. Was terrible for my allergies and couldn't sleep good at night.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Es horrible, TODOOO en el hotel es extremadamente sucio, parece que no hicieran aseo, el tapete está sucio, la cama se ve cochina, las almohadas igual, además huele HORRIBLEEEEE. Tanto en la habitación como en los pasillos huele mal, pésima opción.

Good place for families
Pros:

The hotel was good and the staff was courteous. There was ample parking, and the best part was the location. It’s in downtown and close to most of the attractions. While the hotel facilities seem a little old, they are well maintained.

It was unpleasant

The bathroom toilet was clogged pretty much the whole time. The bed had a hair in it. There were nicotine stains on the ceiling of the non smoking room.
