There was nothing about this place that I liked

Cons:

So many things. The parking lot is basically surrounded by homeless. The room was not very clean. The couch had stains all over it. The bed was as hard as a rock. The elevator smelled so bad, like 90w oil, and it turned your stomach. The worst thing is when my daughter and I went to go get dinner, a man followed us and continued to stare at us when we got in the truck. We felt very unsafe and had to find another place to stay. Luckily, we found a very nice, clean, safe location not very far away it's amazing what a few miles difference is.

I have tried to contact the hotel asking for a refund, and they refuse to respond.

I highly recommend not staying at this location

I didn't like anything and I'm not a hard person to please.

Cons:

I didn't like the false advertisement, or should I say what wasn't said in the advertisement. This was a vacation with my children and grandchildren and if you had been honest in your advertisement I would have never brought my family to this place. I absolutely do not deserve to spend my hard earned money for a well deserved vacation to be accommodated with a LIVE-IN homeless shelter with prostitution, drug dealing, physical abuse, barking dogs, and not to mention, you provide an outdoor pool, NOT an indoor pool. All 3 rooms reeked of urine and poop, there were holes in the walls, the lamps were damaged, one refrigerator didn't work at all and the other two made loud annoying sounds constantly. OH, and here's the best part, there was NOTHING they could do to correct the issues, AND I couldn't get a refund. Thanks for the worst vacation I have ever endured!!!!!!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was not that great just cold boiled eggs,cereal & yogurt. Elevators were not working is what made our weekend stay not so great. STAFF was great .

My heater in my room was not working and it was late check in so I just stayed in a cold room lucky I had a blow dryer to warm up after my shower
