Hotel was super nice. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Coffee machines etc.

Indoor swimming pool is a big bonus

Hot Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Parking is a nightmare, but I guess location doesn’t help.

Staff were not friendly, particularly restaurant staff. Unsure why. The chef was really angry at the kids. I am hoping it was just a one off thing. Especially given that he did a really good job with the hot breakfast.

Staff unhelpful, no communication to advise of spa booking, limited selection for dining they had run out of some of the menu choices. Tea and coffee facilities poor and had to ask reception for an extra cup/teabags. Not advised of breakfast choices. Overall did not feel like a very welcome stay

Have stayed here many times before for work and always enjoyed my stay, however this time the stay was pretty average.
The main reason for staying at the hotel is the Italian restaurant next door, however, the restaurant was poor this time, and it is very expensive now too.
The hotel is okay, needs updating in many areas, especially the bathrooms of the rooms. Parking is also a nightmare, I had to park a good 10min walk away this time.
The main issue for me this time was that there are always lots of people in and around the bar area that are not residents, just people using the hotel for 3-4 hours for work. I checked in and went to the bar to do some emails, however, there was a guy on his phone, walking round and round the restaurant and bar area talking really loudly, it was really annoying, especially as in the couple f hours I was there he bought 1 coffee.
I am sure there are nicer places to stay in the area which I will be staying at next time.

Great room, friendly staff

The breakfast was a bit boring. Could have used a little variety and more greens.
The room was nice, but really loud towards the neighbors and out towards the hallway.

Drinks a touch expensive but usual for airport hotels. Reception check in staff were excellent. Leisure facilities very good .

The hotel was really nice, comfortable and affordable, the staff are nice and friendly too. The spa and restaurant were nice touches too
Its a good bit away from the city but deffo worth it if you want to relax in peace for a while.

Surprised there was no separate bar or Sky Sports available

Good hotel stayed many times on route to Manchester airport. San Carlo restaurant is the big draw for us

The Restaurant food and staff were wonderful.

Great hotel comfortable beds very clean and convenient for Manchester Airport. We stayed here previously and will definitely stay again in the future! 😃

Staff was great at front desk, and during all encounters throughout our stay. Gym was nice and big, property is country feel and quaint. The building itself and the rooms are pretty outdated, bathroom showers seem old, but besides that we enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great, and location is convenient close to the airport.

Excellent facilities located 5 minutes from Manchester Airport with everything you could want for an early check-in. Great transport to and from the airport, beautiful restaurant, pool and spa facilities on site. Pleasant staff and amicable.

Airport hotel but lots of rooms on a floor with no lift access ( including ours)

Parking difficult and relatively expensive for a partial night there as we had to check out at 0330, to catch an early flight.
