Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, atentos a tudo, detalhes pequenos que fazem toda a diferença. Excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo e boa localização, próxima ao metrô. Máquina de café e água disponíveis. Adorei a decoração temática. Enfim, recomendo demais. Obrigada pela excelente acolhida!

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel où l’on se sent bien grâce au personnel et à ses attentions
Pros:

La bonne humeur et la gentillesse constante de l’ensemble du personnel, l’emplacement bien situé et à deux pas du métro, le petit-déjeuner varié, les petites attentions en libre-service tout au long de la journée.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol serait le confort des oreillers mais c’est relatif

Le personnel très gentil et professionnel.

Cons:

La température et l'impossibilité de la régler. C'est pénible de devoir appeler quelqu'un pour régler la température de sa chambre. Faites simple pour le réglage de la température.
De plus vos message écologiques commencent à gonfler les clients que nous sommes. C'est un hotel nous voulons y dormir. Les convictions écologiques et politiques des uns et des autres ne nous intéressent pas. Tenez vous en à votre métier d'hôtelier.

Pros:

Hôtel confortable et calme, très bien situé à 5minutes du métro et rer, Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner copieux et produits frais.
Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris.
