Clean rooms and the staff was great.
Bathroom did not feel clean, tub looked dirty, we had very little water pressure in the shower, it had mold around the edges. My kids did not want to take a bath in the tub. The hotel needs to be updated! I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price. Very disappointed.
Staff is friendly, convenient location, overall cleanliness is good, our room needed some more attention especially the bathroom, floor was not clean , room needed better dusting, breakfast was great, over-all it was good.

Hard to change the spray on the shower head.
Lots of utility and construction workers stay here, but they will quiet down around 10pm. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, coffee down in lobby was great (Columbian roast), I felt safe and convenient to shopping and dining.
The room was clean. The breakfast eating area seriously needs new furniture in there. The bench seats had no support and it was very hard to get up of the seats. You sank so much the table was at about your chin. The breakfast area had no orange juice, no milk and no hot chocolate. That is mostly what people drink for breakfast. The wall paper in all areas of the hotel could be updated. Most of it looked like you could peal it off.
A nice quiet place to stay on a frontage road. It’s just off the highway and convenient to places to enjoy. Shopping is nearby as well as places to eat.

The building is getting old and tattered. Bathrooms need renovation & decorations. Just feels old. The breakfast team felt that during breakfast was best time to put away supplies…. Boxes all around and no attention to the patrons

Great place to stay while in Fort Wayne. Its quiet and a bit out of the way but that also means there isn't a lot of traffic at night. Good breakfast options and soft beds.
Sweet place to stay and swim at!!!!
It was noisy in the rooms. People running up and down the halls. Could not get hot water. We were running out of toilet paper and had a hard time getting some more. Called in the morning and they said they would send some up. When we got back in the evening, they had not brought any and we had to go and get it. We had four women in the room.
