Friendly and helpful staff, charming surroundings, and well-located for events!
Pros:

The continental breakfast included several kinds of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hard-boiled eggs, along with the usual pastries; they even had a gluten-free muffin for yours truly, celiac!

Decent value for our one night stay.
Pros:

We got an upgrade and the room was much nicer than expected. There was plenty of space, nice robes, a small refrigerator, and a comfortable sitting area. The bed was also comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the exercise room.

Cons:

I have some food sensitivities so the only thing I could eat on the breakfast buffet was instant oatmeal (not very good), orange juice and tea. My husband said all of the breads were dried out. He ate a muffin and it was okay. They had hard boiled eggs and individual yogurts that would probably be okay. They had some House made granola and granola bars that looked excellent, but I didn't try them because there was no ingredient list. I expected more from the breakfast.

Pros:

Beautiful building. Lovely room. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Easy parking. Attached restaurant is small but charming.

Cons:

Lift wasn't working during my stay. Gym is tiny with limited selection of weights. Not close to public transport so not a great option if you don't have a car.

Pros:

I liked that they upgraded our room to a queen suite

Cons:

I didn't like that the elevator was out and that our upgraded room was on the 3rd floor however exercise is a good thing.
