A Wonderful Stay at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur
Pros:

Had a very comfortable stay at ITC Rajputana in Jaipur. The food was excellent, and the entire staff was extremely courteous, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would happily recommend.

We love the ITC Rajputana and for the money was an exceptional value. I would highly recommend.
Pros:

The property is beautiful. The staff has exceptional hospitality. We loved the Jal Mahal buffet restaurant. The food was excellent and we were able to taste test many new dishes. The laundry service was excellent and able to meet our short timeline needs. The travel desk was very helpful in arranging transportation with a very good and safe drive named Laxman. One thing I liked about the room set up was the air conditioning did not blow directly onto the bed, making for a very restful night without getting too hot or too cold.

Cons:

We only had one minor problem with our air conditioning in the room. It was too cold. Maintenance was able to fix the issue quickly.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Overall the hotel service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However I wasn’t happy that I got charged for minibars as it should have been included in the suite rooms and I had thought the suites comes with extra benefits but I was proven wrong.

Cons:

The minibar should have been free of charge and it should have been complimentary service included in the suite room package. The prices could have been more reasonable for spa, salon and rooms.
