ITC Rajputana, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

The hotel was ok, for me it was more like a 4* hotel for international standards than a 5*.

Booked this hotel for my husband’s solo trip and he was greeted with a warm reception from two lovely young ladies. When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. Truly appreciative of the hotel’s attention to detail and service, for taking care of my husband :)

Beautiful hotel! It’s a well maintained property with a beautiful swimming pool area. Food options are great as well. Room size is small but very tastefully decorated and clean. Staff is also very professional and polite. Had a great stay!

As advertised. A nice, clean property with a great pool - large, clean, well maintained - that we used regularly for relief from the heat. Hotel staff was courteous and professional. Shout out to Piyusha (sp?) who did a great job supporting us.

Only minor complaints:

-Children not allowed in the lobby bar/restaurant (admittedly, by law) - though children may enter the other two restaurants and the outdoor lounge. Not ideal insofar as the heat rendered regular use of the outdoor lounge undesirable.

You will want to avoid an externally facing room - they have a limited view of an unattractive part of the city.

Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. It’s a hotel not a resort kind of place. Missed the green space in the hotel otherwise good, service and cleanliness were excellent

Food choice need to be proper during breakfast

We stayed for just under a week in this hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Swimming pool great size and kept clean, table tennis and other games room activities were a great addition. We had food included in our package (breakfast and dinner) and enjoyed the selection at the buffet restaurants.
Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and all would go out of their way to meet any needs. Special mentions to Roshan Singh and Bheem Singh (very friendly door men), Ojas and Gaurav at the bars, Chandra and Sandhya in the restaurants and Akanksha in guest relations.
Area directly outside of hotel is busy and quite dirty, but easy to take hotel taxi to other areas of Jaipur for sightseeing.

The staff went above n beyond to make our stay comfortable. From ensuring our requests were fulfilled immediately to smooth check in n check out, everything was dine without having to wait a second. If there was a line, a staff member immediately came to address our needs and direct us accordingly. True hospitality at every step. I shall highly recommend Rajputana to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Stay was very nice and comfortable. Very nice staff and quick response.

We loved this hotel beautiful interior , excellent facilities, would recommend ac in the gym. Breakfast would benefit from consistent service levels . Overall we loved our time here.

ITC has been a preferred choice, it was a great say with courteous staff and great food.

Its an excellent property and the service provided by the staff right from the door man, to receptionist and restaurant staff was top notch. The location of this hotel is very good and near to all the landmarks.

Had to change rooms initially as was given 1503, which for a 5 star had an awful view, but staff readily gave me a different room which was perfectly fine. Usual room facilities and was very clean. The pool area and bars were well maintained and the staff very helpful, especially in the restaurant. I had a buffet one day which was only ok, food was pretty cold and not amazing so for the cost, it wasn’t worth it, so I ate out the rest of my stay. The hotel entrance is on the busy road by the station and nothing in the immediate vicinity. If the entrance was on the other side of the hotel this would be better, just a poor impression, but was an enjoyable stay overall

I booked for my sister and her husband for their honeymoon , and requested the hotel staff to make it special by decorating the suite as a surprise when they first arrive. Staff threw some balloons onto their bed which is not the standard for a honeymoon, when all hotels do flowers/ rose petals or something special. The staff also were not aware that honeymoon occurs after the wedding , and instead wrote to me saying "your upcoming wedding festivities". The surprise we had for the couple was ruined, and we were disappointed. When I asked for something complimentary in return the staff and manager refused. I booked this place as it was known to be an ITC hotel, but it was not worth it. Hotel standards are not up to par and service is not so great for what you are paying . I wish I had booked somewhere else instead. Disappointing.
