Ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles plutôt un trois étoiles et demi. Un rafraîchissement des installations serait nécessaire.
La posizione e la vicinanza ai mezzi publici e la possibilità di andare a piedi alle vie principali con tutti itipi di negozi
una bellima terrazza panoramica ma in ogni caso utilizzabile solo per la prima colazione.
La mancanza di un ristorante è inconcepibile in un albergo a 4 stelle.
Il bar che era aperto solo a certe ore e in un ambiente poco accogliente.
Lento il servizio della prima colazione essendo la cucina lontana.
The location was excellent, near to the port and next to the castle. The staff were very attentive and helpful to accommodate our needs. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area with great advice. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was excellent.
The air conditioning was not working, so on a warm night it became a little stifling without opening the window. If you did open the window then road noise and mosquitoes became an issue.
Großartige Lage! Metro und Fähre (Molo Beverello) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Abholpunkt von diversen Ausflugsanbieter in 4 Minuten. Ganz tolle Frühstücksterrasse. Top-Frühstück. Sehr, sehr nettes Personal! Meine Empfehlung: Fragt nach Francesco! Das Hotel bietet einen optionalen Shuttleservice an. Der Fahrer, Francesco, macht seinen Job auf ruhige, sehr sympathische Art. Wir haben ihn mehrfach gebucht. Zum Beispiel für einen Tagesausflug zur Amalfiküste.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a due passi dal centro e dalla metro. La stanza è funzionale, luminosa e con tutti i comfort. Sono arrivato prima in hotel e mi hanno fatto salire subito in camera.
La colazione è al di sotto dello standard dell'hotel. Offerta limitata specialmente nel salato che non rende merito alla straordinaria cucina napoletana. La palestra è moderna e attrezzata, ma forse un pò troppo piccola ed ho avuto difficoltà ad allenarmi insieme ad altre 3 persone.
