Perfect stay and very central to the city and port
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable rooms , the aircon was strong and much needed after the heat outside

Cons:

It was perfect for our needs - the views from the breakfast area are fantastic though the breakfast was average . Would be good to open that area for dinner or at least drinks in the evening

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and conveniently situated
Pros:

bed was so comfortable - bathroom ideal and was nice to have two balconies (I had to dry discreetly some clothes after some rain during my journey to Naples).

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel or staff at all. It was great. The price was somewhat elevated, though that's normal when there is a bog sporting event in the city.

Hotel très bien situé ...proche des transports et du centre....le personnel toujours très dispo...mention spéciale à Diego à l'accueil qui en plus parlé très bien français.
La chambre privilège était très bien

Personnel et emplacement au top ! Je reviens et recommanderais l’hôtel à mon entourage qui veut visiter Naples
Pros:

L’emplacement , près du centre historique , quartier spagnoli et juste derrière le port pour prendre le ferry pour visiter les îles Positano , capri etc …

Cons:

Les couloirs , par moment odeur désagréable et il faisait chaud

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Me gustó casi todo: la ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico (cerca de Vía Toledo, la calle principal de la ciudad, y a 5 minutos a pie de La Estación Marítima desde donde se coge el autobús de Alibus que lleva al aeropuerto por 5 €), la limpieza es óptima, el trato muy bueno y el desayuno estupendo. La única pega es que mi habitación estaba cerca de las máquinas de acondicionado situadas en una terraza y se oía el ruido.

Pros:

Excelente localização para quem quer ficar perto do centro histórico e para o porto Molo Beverello . Super limpo e aconchegante, produtos de higiene pessoal de qualidade, cama boa, travesseiros confortáveis.

Qualitatif. Emplacement parfait.
Pros:

L’accueil et le personnel extrêmement agréable et disponible. La propreté et le confort des chambres.

Cons:

La climatisation. Efficace mais un peu bruyante.
Le prix des chambres est un peu élevé malgré le service de qualité offert.
Ce sont les deux « moins » qu’on peut annoter.
