La colazione in terrazzo e il personale
Very clean and safe. It felt like a 4 star property. Good location. The best bed I slept in in a month long trip through Europe.

A very disappointing stay. The room was small and the shower recess showed visible signs of mould, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
Breakfast hygiene standards were also questionable. Food was left unsupervised and I observed guests handling items with bare hands before putting them back on the buffet. For a hotel in Italy, the coffee was surprisingly poor and well below expectations.
Overall, this property fell short in both cleanliness and quality. There are far better accommodation options available in Naples

In pieno centro di fronte alla stazione delle linee 1 e 6 della metropolitana. Frequento questo hotel dagli anni 80 ed è sempre eccellente. Adesso viene usata pure una terrazza esterna sul maschio Angioino:fantastica.

Expensive fir what it is
As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I expected much better from Mercure Napoli Centro Angioino.
The only real positive is the location near the port and restaurants. Everything else was disappointing.
Our credit card was charged in US dollars instead of euros on arrival, and when I requested to speak with the Duty Manager, I was refused. Not a great start.
The "City View" Privilege Room looked straight into the building next door. The room was noisy, with every Vespa, conversation and street noise clearly audible despite claims of soundproofing.
The bathroom was tired, with cracked tiles, a tiny shower and very poor water pressure. Amenities were basic and well below what I would expect for the price.
Breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've experienced in Europe. Despite it being included, we ate elsewhere most mornings. The "espresso" machine dispensed instant coffee, while the coffee beans appeared to be for decoration. Even the in-room Nespresso machine used cheap, poor-quality pods.
One of the two lifts was regularly out of service, there is no restaurant, and the bar doesn't open until 6pm.
At almost €300 per night, this hotel offers very poor value. There are far better hotels in Naples at this price point. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Am ales hotelul datorita imaginilor cu priveliștea de la terasa dar am fost dezamăgit sa aflu că nu există restaurant iar terasa se folosește doar pentru micul dejun.
