Clean and friendly
Pros:

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Cons:

Refrigerator didn't work. In fairness we didn't realize it until late so we never called about it bc we didn't feel like dealing with waiting for a replacement by the time we realized it.

We would stay here again
Pros:

Great location to walk to restaurants in the southside. Rooms were quite modernized. I’ve stayed in many
hotels in this price range in Bethlehem and this is the nicest one by far. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There were some deep cleaning issues in the room around the window and the heater.

I would stay again because it's the closest to university where my son is and is better price than many places nearb

Somewhat dirty--bits trash on floor not swept In halls. Gym area not clean. Generally didn't seem as well kept as many places I have stayed.

Pros:

Location near Industrial History Museum and Oktoberfest venue.

Cons:

TV in the room had none of the major network channels except ABC. Picture sometimes pixilated. Shower had not grab bars.

Better than an Airbnb close to Lehigh
Pros:

The hotel had everything I needed including a restaurant that serves nightly dinners every night except Sunday. I was a 5 minute drive from my daughter’s dorm at Lehigh. This hotel was so much better than staying in an Airbnb.

Nice facility, clean and comfortable, awful financial/ registration handling.
Pros:

Location was very good for my purpose of being in Bethlehem.

Cons:

On my first day there, the registration desk called to say I checked out early and left belongings. I did not check out early and had to get new room keys for the following stay and was charged $135.22 from my debit card for early checkout which I did not check out. Very dissatisfied with the financial/ registration aspect of my stay. Would not have known about the $135.22 either except I contacted my bank after arriving home. Contacted Comfort Suites by phone and the Supervisor finally figured out the problem after saying it was not her mistake, and said the money would be returned to my account in 7-10 days. The money should not have been taken out to start with as I did not leave early.
