Nasty room with roaches and rude staff

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room! We called frontdesk nobody answered. We went downstairs and there was nobody. In the morning when we told them we are leaving and want our money back. They did not even apologize but told us they came to our room at 4:27 am! We already killed the cockroaches, what did you want to do than? Very bad service and nasty!
