Hotel in zentraler Lage mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, in der Nähe vom Gare de l'Est. Entsprechend laut ist es draußen. Im Zimmer hört man davon wenig. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber und funktionsfähig. Recht umfangreiches Frühstück, das in dieser Art in Frankreich nicht üblich ist.

Cons:

Winziges Fenster. Wenn man lüften wollte, ging das nur über die Klimaanlage. Das Hotel ist fast doppelt so teuer als andere, kleinere Hotels in der Nähe des Gare de l'Est (in denen ich auch schon übernachtet habe). Auch wenn das Frühstück recht umfangreich ist, so ist es das aus meiner Sicht nicht wert, d. h. das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist eher schlecht.

Auch für Paris für eine Unterkunft wie hier vorgefunden wesentlich zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Personal, mit dem ich es zu tun hatte, war freundlich und sehr zugängig.

Cons:

Das Bad - insbesondere die Dusche - war schmutzig. Bauliche Mängel waren sehr laienhaft behoben. Ich habe bereits in vielen IBIS-Hotels übernachtet und war immer sehr zufrieden. Hier war alles - außer das wirklich freundliche Personal - anders.

Pensez à l'emplacement et pas au reste

L'emplacement pratique pour rejoindre le rer A et gare de l'Est pour Disney et rentrer vers chez nous en train

Cons:

Vétuste et aucun équipement. Même pas une brosse pour nettoyer le wc ou une simple boîte à mouchoir

Good value for little money, but you get Paris-style dismissive staff, rusty dark bathrooms, but decent and clean rooms.

We hadden om 5u00 brandalarm, niemand liet ons weten wat er gebeurt was.. uiteindelijk zelf gaan navragen en was het door iemand die rookte op de kamer..
De dag nadien frigo’s werkte niet koffiemachine ook niet en er was geen brood of andere dingen… Ook weer niet gecommuniceerd en zijn we dan ergens anders gaan ontbijten… wel jammer

Pros:

Room was very clean, well prepared. The bathroom was clean, it had toilet, bath tub and hair dryer. Beds were comfortable. Although the railway was next to the hotel, room had a great sound isolation. It was very quiet at night.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Coffee was good, but the food selection was a bit poor. There were no scrambled egges or sausages available, but i guess this is matter of personal taste.

Ein Aufzug war dauerhaft defekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war, egal wann man erschien, immer "leer geräumt. Es fehlte immer etwas und es wurde teilweise verzögert oder gar nicht nachgeliefert, egal ob Geschirr oder Brot/Croissants.
