Pros:

Die tolle Dachterrasse, super Lage und sehr leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem Balkon auf dem man viel Sonne geniessen durfte.

Cons:

Das Bad recht klein und eng, die Badewannentrennscheibe so klein, dass man beim Duschen immer extrem drauf achten musste nicht alles zu überschwemmen.

Pros:

das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Großes Doppelbett.
Frühstück war mega gut und sehr reichhaltig zu Auswahl.
Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage mit reserviertem Stellplatz und super gesichert!
Die Lage war mehr als gut. Nur par Minuten bis zum See und der langen Promenade. Viele Bänke und Stühle zum ausruhen und verweilen. Wo kann man sonnst in der Stadt Mammutbäume bewundern?
Viele viele Pflanzen und Blumen Überall.

Cons:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Keine negativen Eindrücke!

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

- gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (mehrere Bushaltestellen in der nahen Umgebung)
- wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Mitarbeiterinnen empfangen
- das Zimmer war schön geräumig
- Das Frühstücksbuffet war super (sehr gross und super viel Auswahl)
- Sehr gut hat uns auch der Pool auf dem Dach gefallen

Cons:

- Badezimmer eher klein. Mehr Haken im Badezimmer wären super gewesen (um nasse Badekleidung zu trocknen und Handtücher aufzuhängen)

Wohl eines der besten Hotels in Lugano.
Pros:

Eines der besten und grössten Frühstücksbuffets, die wir je hatten. Der Innen- und Aussenpool waren nicht tief (was bei kleineren Kindern ja umso besser ist) und sensationell zum Planschen und etwas Schwimmen. Der Fitnessraum war vergleichsweise überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren gross und es war ideal, dass wir als Familie zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre hatten.

Lugano never disappoints. This was my third time visiting.
Pros:

I chose this location because it provided a garage for our rental car that was secure and safe. But, we were delighted to see how close we were to the lakeside promenade, the funicular (2 blocks away) and the train station (4 blocks away). The Swiss are always so accommodating; if you book a hotel, you get a free Ticino Ticket which means you can ride the train for free along with the buses all over the entire canton of Ticino which is a lot. The breakfast was great. The room was great. The staff were so impressive and helpful.

Cons:

What is not to like in Lugano? Cannot think of a thing.
