Pros:

Eu gostei da localização, é bem próximo da estação. A piscina estava ótima. Mas, não tinha ninguém em cima ou no deck para orientar ou algum lugar para pegar toalhas.

Cons:

A minha pia do banheiro teve problemas. Não puderam fazer nada pois era tarde quando detectei e no dia seguinte fui embora.

- L’hôtel était plutôt bien placé par rapport à la gare centrale de Lugano et le centre de Lugano. Le quartier s’appelle Paridiso. Il faut un petit peu marcher au bord de la mer pour arriver au centre lugano, 15minutes je dirais.
- le petit déjeuner était très bien servi, plutôt diversifié, assez complet donc c’est vraiment le + de l’hôtel
- la literie était incroyablement confortable

Cons:

- un petit frigo était à disposition aucune information était indiqué, le personnel ne nous a pas informé que c’était payant,
Chaque boisson exemple: 5 euros...
Le frigo était rempli de nouveau chaque journée par les femmes de service. Nous avons pensé que cela entrait dans les coûts que nous avons payé pour notre séjour de plusieurs nuits.

À la fin de notre séjour, on nous indique une facture supplémentaire sans nous préciser que cela était payant à notre arrivée. Je n’ai pas trouvé juste de leur part, c’était un moyen de nous faire parvenir à un paiement en supplément…. Sans aucune indication.

Le minimum est de prévenir à l’arrivé des clients au sein de votre hôtel et non au départ.

- Malheureusement le prix payé pour les nuits ne sont pas justifié…. Prochaine fois, je prendrai un autre hôtel.

مساحة الغرفة اللي ببلكونة جيدة، السرير مريح، متوفر ماء في دورة المياه ولا يحتاج شطاف، متوفر مواقف سيارات ب 20 فرانك في اليوم، والموظفين بشوشين ومعاملتهم جيدة.

Cons:

ليست مطلة على البحيرة لكنها قريبة منها ومن المتحف مسافة دقيقتين مشي، ومسافة 15 دقيقة مشي إلى السنتر لكن المشي ممتع بجوار البحيرة وما تحس بالوقت.
