Toccata e fuga a Lugano
Pros:

Struttura moderna in ottima posizione nel quartiere Paradiso. L’hotel è vicino al lungolago e con una breve passeggiata si può raggiungere il centro di Lugano. Camera bella, comoda e pulita. Ottima la colazione, molto gentile e preparato il personale

Court séjour, décevant mais avec un petit déjeuner très bien et au personnel gentil.
Pros:

Il est bien situé (on peut facilement se balader à pied aux alentours), le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a beaucoup de choix. Un frigo est mis à disposition dans la chambre.

Cons:

L’hôtel dans son ensemble fait très vieux et il aurait besoin d’un coup de rafraîchissement. Nous avons constaté que les draps n’étaient pas très propre, que l’échantillon de crème de soin était déjà ouvert et quasiment terminé, les verres dans la salle de bain n’étaient pas propre. La salle de bain était très sombre (vieille), il y avait aussi des traces sur le miroir. La sonorisation de la chambre est à revoir (nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et dans la chambre d’à côté). Nous sommes déjà venu à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et nous constatons une vrai dégradation. Très dommage, car c’était un hôtel que nous apprécions, mais il y a d’autres hôtels aux alentours avec un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Naja, geht für eine Nacht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom See und dem Kabelbahn zu Monte San Salvatore.

Cons:

Die Bilder vom Homepage sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen worden und entsprechen nicht der Realität ( s. Meine Bilder vom Pool). Auf der Dachterrasse gab’s kaum Schatten ( Schirm war kaputt). Das Bad und das Zimmer sind sehr eng mit kaum Platz für die Koffer.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahren gekommen.

Tudo, desde a chegada, o atendimento da recepção, toda a estrutura do hotel, com piscinas academia, um café da manhã incrível, extremamente completo.o quarto maravilhoso, camas grandes, edredon maravilhosos e toalhas.tudo muito limpo, banheiro grande com itens de higiene maravilhosos com a logo do hotel. Tinha até um mimo de chocolate na bancada. Com certeza o melhor hotel na minha EuroTrip.
