Sehr schön! Lugano ist eine tolle Stadt mit viel zu sehen / zu machen. Das Hotel war genial.
Pros:

Fast Alles! Das Familien/Doppelt-Zimmer (zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür), die grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück, beide Pools ( drinnen un draussen), Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Vorhänge und anstatt dessen mit einer Art Vorhänge/Sichtschutz-Türen aus Glass. Diese Glasstüren waren sehr unpraktisch und immer im Weg, das Zimmer war deswegen bereits um 6 Uhr sehr hell.

Urlaub im Tessin: Ab nach Paradiso
Pros:

Lage: Paradiso ist perfekt gelegen um die Umgebung zu entdecken. Gut zu Fuss nach Lugano, Schiffanlegestelle, Bahnhof, Bus und Postauto in alle Richtungen.
Pool: Das Hotel hat zwei Pools, die beide im April offen waren.
Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbuffet zeigt eine riesige Auswahl an Eierspeisen, Kuchen, Broten und hausgemachtes Birchermüesli.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr nach neuestem Standard und benötigen ein Update. Die Fenster können nicht gekippt werden.

Un hôtel agréable au coeur de Paradiso.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé non loin du lac, proche d'une station de bus et de la gare de Lugano Paradiso. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner riche et varié avec de bons produits.
Chambre confortable et bien aménagée. Quel plaisir après une journée de randonnée de pouvoir se baigner dans une des deux piscines.

Cons:

La rue devant l'hôtel, limitée à 30 km/h, qui génère malgré tout un trafic important et bruyant.

Das Frühstück, die Betten

Cons:

Poolwasser in beiden Pools war viel zu kühl. Dusch Vorhang hat gestunken. Duschen im Indoorpool sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Schlauch bei der rechten Dusche ist undicht. Parkhaus war in Ordnung sber 20.- pro Nacht ist schon sehr teuer. Fahrzeug hat bei der Ein-und Ausfahrt den Boden berührt, da es eine steile Ein-Ausfahrt ist.

Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal sehr zentral gelegen. Die Bahnstation Paradiso ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Busstation liegt praktisch vor dem Hotel. Die Station zum Monte San Salvatore liegt direkt hinter dem Gebäude.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Eine kleine Gefälligkeit wäre Rahmportionen im Kühlschrank für den Morgenkaffee zu legen.

A relaxing experience
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, not in the Lugano center but close enough to walk or quick bus trip. The breakfeast, although it didn't have that many options, it was very very good! Staff was friendly, rooms were great and everything very clean.

La piscine sur le toit, le confort de la chambre, le massage

Cons:

C’est dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un bar, d’un café ou au moins un distributeur de boissons à la réception. Cela manque beaucoup.
