Dejlig ophold I Lugano
Pros:

Beliggenhed tæt på søen, jeres Personale meget hjælpsomme. Parking i kælderen. Værelset var fin, men manglede nogle kroger til håndklædet tæt på bruseren, når man kom fra badet så håndklædet var nemt at nå.

Manglede 1 stol, svært at sidde 2 på en stol.

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, superleckeres Frühstück :-)
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, grosse Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, guter Kaffee, Möglichkeit draussen zu essen. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am See, wenn man eher langsam läuft ist man in 30min im Zentrum, oder man nimmt den Bus der ganz in der Nähe bis ins Zentrum fährt, Ticket für den Bus ist im Preis inbegriffen. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig aber sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum See 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkgarage und Frühstück gut.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Literie de qualité. Beau buffet petit déjeuner. L'hôtel possède 2 piscines, très agréable après des excursions. La situation très pratique, à 5 minutes de la gare de Paradiso, et à 2 minutes de l'arrêt de bus. Personnel très sympathique.
