Great for the price
Pros:

The price was incredible, the staff was great and it was the perfect proximity to a venue I needed to be at.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all. There was a droop in the middle. I chalked it up to being the mattress in the particular room I had. It was extremely uncomfortable and impossible to get good rest.

Pros:

I loved that we felt safe and that the hotel was clean and quiet!

Cons:

Had I known prior to booking that it was attached to a Cancer Hospital i probably would not have booked it. It felt wrong to me getting ready to go out and enjoy our vacation while people were checking in to support their sick loved ones.

Pros:

The best part was the customer service. I believe her name was Deborah ( Icould be wrong) She was the COOLEST older lady with such a beautiful heart. She explained everything so well. She offered directions, and places to eat. She really made my check in super easy and fun.

Cons:

The only thing was being next to a hospital.

After checking out, I bought it to the staff attention. She showed no concern.
Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

No concerns with with issues concerning the bathroom late night water was all over the floor called to the front desk. He said he couldn’t leave. He was the only staff that was there. I asked for extra towel to get the water up never receive those during the night, praying that we wouldn’t fall.
