Pros:

The staff was friendly, and facility was nice. We enjoyed the free parking.

Cons:

There were things in the room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Dusting hadn't been done in some time. Also didn't know it was connected to the hospital. That should be in the description

Wonderful
Pros:

Loved that it is attached to the hospital. Everything you could possibly need is there without ever having to leave. Staff were extremely helpful, kind and quick. A beautiful place.

Cons:

Beds are a bit hard, but I know that is a personal preference.

They charged me more than I was expecting to pay. They said I went through them to book instead of booking which wasn’t correct.

Cons:

It was extremely hard to find the parking lot. Then once we found the parking lot we had to walk super far with all of our stuff through a hospital. It's very confusing.
