The room was plenty big. The bed were comfortable and the linens clean.
The washer and dryer situation was unusual and difficult. I really enjoyed the breakfast situation, especially the Tang😁

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were supper helpful and the room was impeccable. I would recommend 100%.

The room wasn't bad, it could use a few updates and a good cleaning. The worst part was that you can't control the fan on the heat/AC unit so it kicks off and on all night. Everything else is good... great staff, good breakfast and very convenient. I would stay there again.

My check in was delayed because the computers were down. The room was clean but there was a dirty upholstered chair in the room that seemed out of place. We never could get the door of the microwave open, that was very annoying as I have never used a microwave that needed an unlock code to open it. The staircase closest to my room was taped off which made my roommate struggle a bit walking with a cane. They should have offered us another room when we checked in seeing an older person with trouble walking.

They ask you what you request. I booked a room with two queen size bed poolside bottom floor and got none of it. Why ask what I want if I'm not going to get it?

You get what you paid for! Very good customer service! Property's a little run down and a little beat. But again it wasn't a bad experience.

This property seemed like it had more long stay people than actual guests. Our door was broken like it had been kicked in. Extra security lock was broken. Smelled like urine and was very damp. The bath towels wouldn't even dry. Our clothes in suitcase ended up damp. The cement walk ways were all potholed and weathered. Very rundown on the outside and inside. The room itself was as clean as it could be. Rug was missing patches of rug. Baseboards were replaced at one point but never finished to match the existing baseboard. Feel free to reach out I took pictures. Breakfast items are not replenished each morning. It's leftovers from the morning before. Lobby was as clean as it could be but the chair covers should be neatly tucked in so we don't know you have covers over them.

The staff was polite though and I checked in and out quickly.

Honestly wasn’t bad for what you pay. The people living there are a little sus and sometimes loud but the staff is kind and attentive.
