It was disgusting! I left immediately and lost alll my money as they would not provide a refund! I beg you DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER!!!

The employees were friendly and easy to talk with. The room was pretty decent and clean, but there’s definitely signs of wear in certain area. My only complaints are that my bathroom’s hair dryer didn’t work and that people were loud in the hallways at
The room was clean, the front desk staff was extremely professional, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend. If I ever need to stay in another hotel in the area. It will be that one. 10/10. Cleaning staff as well!!

The hotel had a strong stench immediately when you walked in, and lingered throughout. The room was clearly given the “landlord special” with incomplete paint jobs and carpet that left our socks filthy. The bathtub had standing water in it when we arrived. It was ok for a weekend where we were not going to be at the hotel a lot but would not stay here again. The smell was awful. It was a strong chemical/old cigarette smell. The breakfast was also laughable.
They don't clean the rooms unless you report it to the front desk, which isn't ideal. There was a hole in the sealing in my shower where water was leaking down into the shower.
Staff was very kind, helpful. However, the room smelled like an ashtray, despite being a non-smoking room. There was old hair in the grout in the bathroom, stains on the towels, and the shower did not drain so water pools when you were taking a shower.
The room was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There was mold on the ceiling and the tub was dirty. I chose not to stay here because there was no way I was going to put my kids through this.
Our toilet leaked on the floor. Our carpet was slightly damp, which was odd. The bathroom door didnt close because of how it was painted. We were in a room next to the staff room, so there was excessive noise all evening and overnight including knocking on their window which sounded like our window. "Breakfast included" meant cereal, bagels and frozen egg sandwiches for the microwave. It was grungy. And all this was for $330 for one night. Sure, I understand the football weekend price gouging, but there's no way this should cost anyone 330 dollars a night. Wyndham should be embarrassed.

Rooms were dirty and dingy. And smelt moldy. No alarm clock or phone in the room. Place did not give off a safe vibe!!!
Hotel refused to accept the booked rate. Took advantage of a busy event to raise prices at check in.
The room smelt and was very rundown but I will say the staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and attentive.
This property is absolutely awful. The customer service is so insanely bad it should be studied. I booked at room in February for the weekend of the Zach Bryan concert right after buying my tickets knowing prices would increase and places would sell out. The hotel without consent attempted to charge me more than I agreed to paid as they had access to my card through Expedia. Then it declined bc it was expired BUT they shouldn’t have been charging me anyways as I chose the pay at hotel option. After they cancelled I immediately called and told them I was coming etc and they told me they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything about it. Then they said if I found something online saying they had room they would accomodate me so I did. After that I asked them to match the original price and they declined “because they could make more money”. So, essentially they all did this because they wanted more money which left me without a place. The front desk guy is uncompotent and there should be a manager on duty.

Room was very dirty. Stains everywhere including bedding and lamp shades. Fire dector not installed. It was on top of the fridge. Standing water in the bath tub and no shower curtain. Broken lock on the door connected to another room. We had 2 rooms requested connected rooms. Did not get that. My parents room the toilet was clogged and had to have . maintenance come and fix. The staff was rude and check in was a nightmare. They charged my card told me it was declined so I paid in cash. They still also charged my card and telling me it was declined. I checked my banking account and they charged me twice! And got my cash payment as well.
The room and overall hotel was discusting, had not been cleaned with stained carpets, mattresses and basically all surfaces with a horrible smell (obvious smoking indoors). Demanding a full refund as we literally had to book a different hotel because we couldn’t stay there.
It was so filthy we didnt stay there. I found another place to stay in Plymouth. Your advertisement of this hotel was deceiving. I am out 330 bucks and not happy.
The staff was kind and accommodating. It was a bare minimum hotel. If you needed a place to stay, change and head out it’s good enough for what we needed.
