Mahtava kokemus kauniina päivänä vappuna
Pros:

Loistava sijainti meren vieressä. Siistit viihtyisät hotelli huoneet sekä selkeet opasteet ensikertalaisena hotellissa. Ravintoloissa erittäin hyvät ruoat. Hyvä kuntosali.

Cons:

Kylpylä puoli voisi olla vähän isompi mutta riittävä myös tuollaisenaan.

Ison altaan tilassa oli saunojen remontointi ja remonttialue oli huonosti eristetty, pölyä lensi altaille ja ärsytti silmiä

Hienosti remontoitu ja viihtyisä kohde. Rentouttava spa-osasto monilla saunaelämyksillä.
Pros:

Ihana näköala merelle ja paras aamupala mitä olen ennen hotelleissa saanut. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Maksullinen parkkeeraus ja se ettei sähköautolle ollut tarpeeksi latauspisteitä, vaan ne olivat varattuina koko majoituksen ajan. Lasten kanssa pitkä matka autolta hotellille kantamusten kanssa.

Booking borde meddelat att renoveringar pågick!
Pros:

Läget, foajén, restaurangen. Rummet var bra men läge för renovering.

Cons:

Inga nyöppnade sauna fungerade!
Saknade info om hotellets faciliteter.
Endast en restaurang var öppen.
Inga mysiga sittmiljöer runt poolerna.

Good Spa experience, okayish stay overall.
Pros:

The spa/pool area is good. The water could be a bit warmer, though. The kids were getting very cold. The saunas are very nice and helped them get warm after spending some time in the water. The gym is very well equipped. The room was good, with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. There was also a small pet pillow :) The location is also nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was very bad. Not only was the arrangement for getting warm food poor (very long queues), but the quality and variety of the food were not up to what the hotel aspires to. We also tried the dinner buffet in the same restaurant (Le Soleil), and the food was unfortunately quite bad as well. For sure, not recommended.

Fyller sin funktion som spahotell, men utan inspiration och finess.
Pros:

Trevligt med flera bastur och bassänger.
Vi kom tidigt från färjan, men kunde checka in på rummet direkt.
Fint rum.

Cons:

Det mesta fanns vid frukosten, dock inget ekologiskt. Den varma maten var kall. Dåligt utbud av tesorter.
För mig var sängarna alldeles för mjuka.
Flera bastur var stängda.
Ingen solaltan.
Bristande information om hur man lättast hittar i de långa korridorerna.
Lite lätt slitet, men det hade en viss charm.
Maten var oinspirerad och dåligt kryddad (och inga kryddor vid bordet).

Nautin reissusta täysin siemauksin ja olin rentoutunut kotiin palatessani.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä. Ostin kaksi kertaa lounasbuffetin ja se oli erittäin hyvä. Henkilökunta ravintolassa Le Soleil oli oikein ystävällistä ja auttavasta. Ostin sekä hieronnan että manikyyrin. Sain hyvää palvelua ja vastinetta rahoilleni. Hoitolan tilat olivat viihtyisät. Allasosasto oli riittävän kokoinen ja nautin useammasta saunasta. Ravintola Tammikellari oli viihtyisä. Ruoka oli oikein hyvää.

Cons:

Se vähän ihmetytti, että altaisiinkin saa tulla juomat mukana?? Lauantai-iltana oli aika ruuhkaista ja esim. ulkoaltaaseen ei oikein mahtunut. Ravintola Tammikellarissa tarjoilijat olivat ystävällisiä, mutta toiminnassa näkyi kiire ja taisin vähän unohtuakin jossain välissä. Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei ollut niiiiin ystävällistä kuin muu henkilökunta. Uimavalvoja oli sunnuntaiaamuna nurkkapöydässä puhelimella.... Ohjelmalta toivoisin jotain räväkämpää kuin pianokonsertti esim. joku kiva trubaduuri.

Pros:

Uudistunut kylpylä

Cons:

Yritin varata mahdollisuuden saapumispäivälle fatbike sähköpyöräilyyn. Meillä oli aikaa käyetttävissä ennen pimeää 2 tuntia. Hotellin palvelusta ei oltu valmiina joustamaan ollenkaan vuokrahinnasta vaan olisimme joutuneet maksamaan 4 tunnin maksun. Nyt ei ole sesonkiaika ja pyörät seisoivat käyttämättömänä parkissa. Vaikuttu merkittävästi kokonaispalvelukokemukseeni ja kokemukseeni hotellista ja siihen tulemmeko ensi vuonna uudestaan.

Wellness an der See
Pros:

Die weitläufige Hotelanlage liegt an einer sehr schönen Bucht am Rande von Naantali, unweit von Turku. Im Spa-Bereich gibt es Sauna und mehrere Pools, die ich sehr genossen habe. Das Fitness-Center ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Restaurant-Service hat mich ebenfalls beeindruckt, sowohl beim Abendessen im Tammikellari als auch beim Frühstück-Büffet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war groß und das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es zwar groß, der Raum wurde jedoch nicht richtig genutzt. Der Schreibtisch stand an einer ungünstigen Stelle und hatte keinen passenden Stuhl; ich musste einen Sessel aus der Sitzecke holen, um mein Laptop zu benutzen. Das Badezimmer hatte keine Duschwanne und auch keinen Wischer, um den Boden nach dem Duschen schnell trocknen zu lassen. Ich habe ebenfalls einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Ich hatte bei dieser Preisklasse ein überdurchschnittliches Zimmer erwartet.
