Emme suunnittele enää yöpymistä Naantali spaassa.
Cons:

Äärimmäisen,harvinaisen tyly vastaanotto respassa. Jätti ikävän olon ja vaikutelman hotellista. Huoneessa epäsiisteyttä mm. lattialla roskia, huoneen seinässä, peilin ja pöydän luona roiskunutta cocista tai vastaavaa, wceessä ikävä haju- lieneekö sisäilmaongelmat.

A localização é ótima, e as instalações do spa também. O restaurante tem ótimo serviço, serve pratos saborosos a um ótimo preço.

Cons:

Não havia chinelos disponíveis no quarto, e a cama extra era uma cama de armar muito desconfortável.
A funcionária na recepção não checou se eu havia pago e cobrou a diária duas vezes.

Ihana ja rentouttava lomailu.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli ensiluokkainen, todella runsas ja kaikkea mitä toivoin. Toki aika ruuhkainen, ja merinäköalapaikka olisi ollut kiva bonus 🤩.
Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä.

Cons:

Ensivaikutelma oli upea kun katsoimme hotellia ja olimme innoissaan lasta myöten, mutta odotimme aika kauan asiakaspalvelua ja sitten kun lopulta pääsimme henkilökunnan luo, niin asiakaspalvelija ei edes tervehtinyt minua vaikka tervehdin itse. Kerroin oman asiani ja että olen jo tehnyt check in aikasemmin, niin hän oli pitkään hiljaa ja katsoi vain tietokonetta, eikä hymyillyt yhtään missään kohtaa. Lopulta hän vain antoi huoneen kortit minulle ja siinä kohtaa ensimmäistä kertaa sanoi vaisusti huoneen numeron ja että missä huone sijaitsee. Jäi todella huono maku siitä kohtaamisesta. Hän oli nuori, tummatukkainen nainen, en tiedä nimeä. Muuten kaikesta muusta jäi todella hyvä fiilis.

flott hotell, supre bade muligheter i spa etc... hyggelig betjening, men endel feil på mat og comfor

frokosten var elendig, det samme hver dag og svært lite utvalg. beliggenheten er bra 20 min gåtur til mummiland, eller man kan betale 6 euro pr.person for å komme dit med et miniatyrtog toget gå av og til

Cons:

bufeet middag for familier 1 rett til barn og en kjøttrett kokt kjøtt ellers kjedelig salat etc... det samme hver dag. finnes en ala carte restaurant, så dert er vel en mening at alle skal gå der. ellers mange dyre restauranter i gåavstand 20 min. daglivare 20 minutter. Husk det største problemet var at det ikke var aircondition på rommet. fikk beskjed at det var en sirkulasjonsvifte, men det gjelper lite når gradestokken er over 20 grader og fuktig luft med mye mygg.
