Вежливый персонал, чисто, в ванной комнате имелись принадлежности для душа, фен, тапочки, халаты, полотенца.

Cons:

Немного прохладно. В спа часть была закрыта на ремонт и об этом не было сказано в объекте размещения. Всего 2 бани, одна из них турецкая- общего пользования, где мужчины и женщины без одежды) мне лично не хватило разнообразия саун. В джакузи тоже было не возможно попасть посидеть, тк там было очень много народу. Цены в баре бассейна 8.40-9 евро за коктейль. А так все отлично , персонал порадовал.

En suosittele hotellia kenellekään:hinta-laatusuhde ei kohtaa.

Aamiainen oli hyvä, samoin hotellin sijainti.

Cons:

Hotellihuonetta ei oltu siivottu kunnolla (jouduimme itse pesemään vessanpöntön uudestaan, koska se oli likainen). Huoneessa ei ollut pyyhkeitä, koska ne olivat päässeet loppumaan. Emme myöskään saaneet huoneeseen pyyhkeitä pyynnöistä huolimatta, vaan lopulta jouduimme hakemaan ne itse respasta. Kukaan ei pahoitellut asioista, vaikka mainitsimme niistä.

Pros:

Majoitus ja aamiainen olivat hyviä. Mahdollisuus käyttää kylpylää huoneen hintaan sisältyen oli erittäin hyvä juttu.

Cons:

Majoituskohteella oli tiedossa, että yksi majoittujista on pieni lapsi. Huoneessa ei silti ollut pottaa ja lasten kylpytakkia valmiina, vaan niitä piti erikseen vaatia. Autolle ei ollut omaa sähkölatauspaikkaa ja yleisen hintakin oli päätä huimaava, 3 € yksi lataustunti. Vein auton mieluummin n. kilometrin päähän ABC:n peruslataukseen.

Siisti ja viihtyisä iso hotelli, kaunis allasosasto ja ravintola. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti ja liikenneyhteydet tien toiselta puolelta Turkuun.

En pitänyt aamupalan taustalla soivasta musiikista. Ilmeisesti oli tavoiteltu jonkinlaista "kansainvälistä" tunnelmaa, Jokaisella on oikeus hiljaisuuteen - muitten ruokailijoiden äänet eivät häirinneet. Samantyyppistä musiikkia mutta pahempaa soi viime vuonna hotellin kuntosalin taustalla. Ärsytti sen verran, etten tällä kertaa kuntosalia käyttänyt.

Ravintolapalvelut illalla olivat huonot. Viihtyisä aulabaari oli kokonaan kiinni. Ankeassa alakerrassa ammattitaidoton henkilöstö. Vanhat epämukavat sängyt, ei parisänkyä. Huoneessa ei ilmastointia.
