Vi hadde noen fine dager på hotellet.
Pros:

Nydelig beliggenhet, spa, basseng, sauna etc. Fin kafé i foajeen. Store fine rom.

Cons:

At det ikke rommene ble stelt hver dag og at man måtte bruke den ene av to håndduker fra rommet i spa/basseng. Wifi var ustabilt, internet connection ble stadig brutt.

Nice hotel to relax and also visit Moomin land.
Pros:

This was our second visit and I think the hotel was partly renovated. Pool and spa were nice and our kids like it a lot.

Cons:

You need to pay for parking though there is free street parking close to the hotel parking.

Pros:

Sijainti selkeä, respa ok, huone muuten ok, mutta kuuma vaikka ulkone vain alle 20 astetta (heinäkuu)

Cons:

Aamiainen lähinnä taisrelutanner, kylpylä samoin.... saunoihin joutui jonottamaan, ja niiden teho ei riittänyt kun ihmiset aukoi kokoajan ovis, altaat aivan täynnä, altaiden vesihierontapisteet pääosin väsähtäneitä, pukuhuoneen kaappien lukoista iso osa oli rikki. Oikeastaan koko hotellin yleisilme kulahtanut selvästi efellisestä vierailusta noin 5 vuotta sitten.

Hotelli oli kiva henkilökunta tisi ystävällisiä ja mutkattomia!

Cons:

Itse kylpyläosasto oli pettymys. Kylpylässä ei kunnon porealtaita, jossa olisi tullut kunnon poreet myös niskaan. Allas-alue tarvitsisi jonkinlaisen fiksauksen tähän päivään!

Great visit to Naantali Spa resort
Pros:

The original resort hotel in Naantali waterfront, huge spa area (recently renewed) with many saunas and pools, plenty restaurant offerings and short walking distance to old town.

Ehdottomasti uusintavierailun arvoinen ihana hotelli
Pros:

Hotelli oli erittäin viihtyisä ja hienossa kunnossa. Ympäristö oli kaunis ja Aamupala maittava. Kylpylä oli ihana.

Cons:

Hotellissa ei ollut mahdollista saada allergiatestattuja hajustamattomia saippuoita, shampoota ja hoitoainetta, vaikka sen sanottiin onnistuvan, kun tiedustelin asiasta sähköpostitse ennen saapumista. Respassa ja siivoojilla oli eri tiedot asiasta. Respassa uskottiin, että niitä on, mutta siivoojan mukaan niitä on joskus ollut, muttei ole enää.

Kylpylän ilme ja henkilökunta.

Cons:

Huone oli tyyliltään jälkeen jäänyt. TV pieni ja huoneen ilmanvaihto oli olematon. Lämpö nousee ylöspäin ja viileänä / sateisena päivänäkin huone oli erittäin lämmin. Jos maksaa pitkälle yli 200€ yhdestä yöstä, niin huoneessa toivoisi olevan raikas ilma ja pysäköininkin kuuluvan hintaan
