Hôtel 5 étoiles qui ne les méritent absolument pas
Pros:

Le spa et le petit déjeuner varié

Cons:

Aucun ménage dans la chambre pendant le séjour de 3 nuits.
La douche qui inonde la salle de bain.
Le lit d’appoint pas du tout confortable

Pros:

Helppo löytää perille, järvenranta hieno. Kylpylä sisäänpääsy kuului huoneen hintaan. Aula hieno ja kiiltävä. Ravintola Tammikellarissa hyvä ruoka ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone siisti ja kylpyhuone oli vastikään remontoidun oloinen.

Kylpylän saunat oli kivat ja uima-allas josta pääsi ulos oli kiva lisä. Suihkuissa vain yksi pesuaine Hair&Body, ei hoitoainetta.

Cons:

Aulan henkilökunta välinpitämätöntä; minimi hoidettiin, ei erityisen iloista ja ystävällistä palvelua. Saapuessa ei tervehditty eikä lähtiessä kysytty miten vierailu sujui. Perusjuttuja nämä joita odottaa hotellissa, ja erityisesti "viiden tähden" paikassa.

Ei ilmastointia huoneessa. Olimme elokuun loppupuolella joten ei ollut hellettä enää. Voin kuvitella kuinka tukalaa on kuumalla säällä.

Sängyt ihan ok, tyynyt aivan luokattoman surkeat muhkuraiset lätyt.

Comfort -huoneeseen ei kuulunut tossuja. Ihmettelimme sitä, koska kyseessä kuitenkin kylpylähotelli ja kylpytakit löytyi. Tuntui oudolta pihistelyltä joka laski arvostusta hotellia kohtaan. Tossut sai ostaa 3€/kpl.

Kylpylä melko pieni, ei mitään luksusta. Kaksi isompaa allasta, poreet ja ulkoallas. Ei wc-tiloja allasalueella, piti käyttää pukuhuoneen vessaa.

Erittöin rentouttava ja ihana miniloma, uusi jo suunnitteilla.
Pros:

Todella siisti hotelli ja kylpylä, kaunista ja viihtyisää. Kylpyläosasto oli ihana. Ruuat ja aamupala olivat todella hyvät. Ehdottomasti pitää tulla uudelleen!

Прекрасная локация на берегу моря в тихом месте и в окружении чудесной природы. Замечательные интерьеры и общественные пространства, большой и удобный СПА. Чистые и уютные номера. Заботливый и ответственный персонал, стремящийся решить все ваши вопросы. Сотрудники отеля великолепно выполняют свои обязанности и заслуживают самых высоких оценок своей деятельности. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, парковка для гостей с автотранспортом, поле для гольфа, живая музыка в лобио и много всего остального для проведения отличного отдыха. По моим оценкам—это лучший отель в регионе.

Overall hotel and spa and nature and surrounding was very nice and beautiful! Thank you all!
Pros:

Would be great if dinner have had also in hotel restaurant every evening.

Cons:

Extra bed for child was very uncomfortable, but we reorganised room a little bit and found a solution.

Das Zimmer war einfacher Standard, bei den Preisen hätte ich ein luxuriöses Zimmer erwartet. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Es wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr schön gewesen , es gab aber einen Ventilator.

Cons:

Meil oli võetud lapsele eraldi voodi tuppa, ja kui hakkasin lapse voodi alla vaatama siis seal oli üks tablett ja kunstküüs voodi all. Jumal tänatud, et laps seda tabletti ei leidnud ja suhu 3i pistnud
