Vähän ylimainostettu kylpyläosasto. Poreet eivät joka paikassa toimineet. Asiakaspalvelu oli aika laimeaa.

Cons:

30 min später check out wurde nicht gewährt - 12:00 auf 12:30 nicht möglich. Frühstück mit Blick auf den Preis ungenügend. Vieles sehr lieblos. Eine Kaffee Maschine für 300 Frühstücksgäste. Gartenblick meint Blick auf ungepflegtes Vordach mit offenen Leitungen. Doppelbett meint 2 80cm Liegen nebeneinander.

Ilmainen parkki. Upea ympäristö.
Hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Lusävuode/sohva vanha ja nariseva. Patja aivan liian ohut jouset tuntui läpi. Kylpylän poreista osa kiinni. Ravintolan ruoka keskinkertaista. Jälkiruoka oli herkullinen.

Pros:

Great hotel, helpfull staff and good service. Room was clean. Location of hotel is great, as they are having seaview, tennis, beachvolley, sandy beach, spa and beatiful nature just behind the corner.

Hotellia selvästi uudistettu, mutta vielä parannettavaa monella saralla. Hyvä reissu kuitenkin. :-)
Pros:

Kylpylä baareineen oli hyvä ja huonekin vaikutti uudistetulta. Päällisin puolin ok kylpylähotellikokemus.

Cons:

Oli ikävä yllätys, ettei huoneessa ollut ilmastointia noin korkeaan huonehintaan sisällytetty. Huoneissa oli kylpytakit, muttei kylpyläsandaaleita. Pysäköinti ei ollut maksuton hotellivierailla. Henkilökunnasta osa hiukan töykeitö (reception) tai välinpitämättömiä (aamiaisen "porttivahtia" kiinnosti enemmän oma kännykkä kuin aamiaiselta poistuvat maksavat asiakkaat).

Sijainti erinomainen ja vanha kaupunki lähellä!

Cons:

Olimme vuosipäivää viettämässä ja kävimme Tammikellarissa syömässä. Tilasimme molemmat lihamenun viinipaketilla. Ruoka oli vähän outoa ja ruokailun jälkeen seuralaiseni sai pahan ruokamyrkytyksen ja minä olin vielä sunnuntaina vatsakipuinen. Ilta meni vessassa ja sängyssä 😮‍💨

Sijainti oli ihan kiva.

Cons:

Henkilökunnan vastaanotto respassa ei miellyttänyt.
Edessä oleva asiakas kysyi mihin voin parkkeerata autoni jos parkki alue täynnä. Työntekijä levitti vain käsiään. Ei parasta asiakas palvelua. Minä tuohduin siitä, että minulle ei oltu ilmoitettu ettei parkkeeraus maksu sisälly hotellin maksuun. Siitä tulee yllätys lisämaksu. Sanoin vastaanotto virkailijalle että minulla on parkki sovellus käynnissä ja kysyin miten kalliiksi tämä tulee sitten vasta minulle kerrotaan tyylillä että ei varmaan kannata käyttää sovellusta siihen saattaa tulla ylim maksuja . Sitten tarjottu hotellin 15€/päivä lippuja. Yht.äkkiä hotelliin majoittuminen maksaa lisää 15€ per yö.
Näin su-ti yöt majottuneena oli aika tylsää. Yllätyin myös ettemme saanet puhtaita pyyhkeitä päivittäin vaikka olimme kylpylän asiakkaita.
