Basically a good place
Pros:

Well to let you know about the hotel it’s that’s it’s basically good place to stay. The rooms are decent and clean and the noise level isn’t bad so we got good rest during our stay.

The lounge is where we had the issue and it’s nothing about the food that was good it’s more about the alcohol and mainly the draft beer. Your beers on tap taste old and stale like the taps have not been cleaned in a while and that’s not good for those of us that are big beer drinkers. So I would suggest you look into this because the tastes that are coming from them could make someone sick.

Good Option in a Great City
Pros:

I like they offer cookies upon arrival. I also appreciate not being required to pay for parking. So nice!

Cons:

No comment. I liked staying a this Doubletree location (Carson).

Awesome Hotel Staff!
Pros:

I am truly amazed by the hospitality of the front desk team at this hotel. A special thank you to Christine, Kristine, Niyasha, Xiana, and of course their manager, Thalia, for always making guests feel welcome and valued. Every interaction with them was pleasant, professional, and genuine. The rest of the front desk team also deserves recognition, even though I unfortunately cannot remember all of their names.

The only exception was the gentleman working the midnight shift (night auditor). His attitude was noticeably different from the rest of the team. He rarely greeted guests, did not smile, and often seemed uninterested when answering questions. It gave the impression that he was not happy in his role.

That being said, this was only a small part of an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I am very happy with my stay, and this remains my favorite branch of the hotel. The outstanding service from the front desk staff is the main reason I keep coming back. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful cookies
