La propreté, la literie, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, les plats à la carte de l'hôtel

Cons:

Des petits détails : la salle de bain tout en verre ( le problème dès qu'on allume on dérange tout le monde), vraiment pas top au niveau de l'intimité même si les carreaux sont fumés, pas pratique. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas dans l'hôtel même, elle n'est pas loin 2min à pieds et c'est une piscine publique pour tous.

La navette pour aller de l’aéroport à l’hôtel : il faut préciser les horaires… comme c’est fait pour le retour à l’aéroport

High potential, feel super short.
Pros:

The room was spacious with a big TV, the outdoor garden area was nice.

Cons:

The staff were terrible. Rude, not helpful, poor communication. The free shuttle was voluntarily shut down from noon to 5pm, so we had to book a taxi. There was no room for us to even take the earlier shuttle. The pool is NOT on site, it is blocks away you must walk on the street, not ideal gor seniors or children. The restaurant staff was horribly rude and unaccomidating. Would not return.
