It was ok. The girl at front desk was nice. Cleaner woke me up 8am & didn’t have fridge in room

A completed business stay ruined by the hotel’s refusal to provide a basic invoice.
Pros:

The reservation was honored and the stay itself was completed. Unfortunately, the hotel’s handling of a basic post-stay documentation request completely overshadowed the experience.

Cons:

The hotel has failed to provide my itemized final folio despite multiple requests made both directly and through Booking.com. This was a prepaid business stay, and I need the folio for expense reporting, yet the hotel has neither sent the document nor provided a meaningful response. Making a guest chase Booking.com and the hotel back and forth for a basic invoice is unacceptable, deeply unprofessional, and an astonishing failure of accountability. I would not stay here again.
