Gina is so helpful when I order my meals at the bar. She’s very prompt or duties in over anticipate whatever my needs are friendly, courteous andprofessional. She’s great.

Nothing, they over charged me for the night.

The shower was too small for comfort and the room was small as well. Compared to a Sheraton which is half the cost and a third more room, Marriott will not be my choice in the future. The price was exhorbadent

I truly enjoyed myself this past weekend. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was tastefully delicious. Our representative, Shelia Haralson, was wonderful, and Keran was very helpful in assisting me throughout the Women’s Weekend that my church sponsored. Rooms were clean.

The entire staff and servers were exceptionally good. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into making our experience memorable.

I had a free night stay at the Marriott that was expiring and this was the only one in the Naperville area that would accept "award" points. I booked a two night stay. I have been to this facility for work events, and they were good, so I figured the hotel rooms would be decent. But it's an old Holiday Inn that they really did not update. The rooms were average. No water, no snacks, no mini-bar, and a small bathroom with a regular tub. Those amenities aren't really necessary, but at the price point of the hotel I would expect them. I literally was handed a bottle of water at the front desk - I've never had that happen before. The air conditioning is "clunky" and I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, including walking above me, flushing of loud toilets, TVs and talking. It's not a horrible stay, but certainly not the best either.

Stayed here while on business for a week. It’s a great location with walking distance to restaurants and I got to say that the staff and quality of amenities was a great value. Parking is no drama and it’s close to the freeway if you need to explore.

We chose the Chicago Naperville Marriott for our wedding weekend, and it was truly the perfect place to stay. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond—handing out our welcome bags to guests, helping store items for the wedding, and keeping communication smooth the entire time. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our celebration even more special. Having such a reliable, elegant, and well-organized hotel made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our wedding stay!

Upond my check-in Mari was very pleasant very chatty and made me feel very welcome and I have enjoyed my stay.
I will always reference this hotel as being a top notch experience.

The Marriott Naperville always delivers. I have stayed here several times and really like the location and the easy parking. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, and what makes it feel different from other hotels is how quiet and relaxing it is even when the lobby is busy. The highlight for me is the hot tub. I love relaxing there at the end of the day, and it stays open until 11pm, which is perfect since I usually get back late. The staff is friendly and there is plenty to do around the hotel.

We worked with the Chicago Marriott Naperville team to set up a wedding block. They were an absolute pleasure to work with- specifically Sheila and Rachael. They ensured we always had rooms available and answered any and all questions that came up. They even went as far to print out a chart for our shuttle on the day of the wedding and placed it in the lobby.

Overall everything went perfectly with our hotel block and we were very happy with our experience! Would highly recommend.

Booked my stay on Travelocity for a 2 queen bed room, when we got up to the room it was a king size bed room, they tried to say that I booked a room with no preference but I showed them my reservation that confirmed a room with 2 queen size beds. The hotel was packed with 2 big events, so they said “with what’s going on here we ran out of double bed rooms, ahhhh well I payed for a double bed room, unfortunately all the surrounding hotel were booked so we couldn’t just walk away and loose our money, so they said they can give me a bigger room with a king bed and they would add a rollout bed. We had no choice so we said yes, unfortunately the rollout bed was small so I had to go ask for an other roll out bed.
