The front desk charged my card again for the room and house keeping took my money while I wasnt there and I didn’t ask for a housekeeper to come in my room.

Cons:

See through blinds. My light kept flickering and I reported it and nothing was ever done. Pool was dirty

Excellent Staff Support, But Parking Policy Was a Letdown
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall and would like to highlight the excellent assistance provided by Sandra, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our visit.

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and have always had a positive experience. However, we were disappointed to learn that the hotel has recently started charging for parking, which was not the case before. This change negatively impacted our overall perception of the stay.

Excellent front desk
Pros:

Simone was very personable and professional! She greeted me warmly, and made me feel very welcome. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Also, conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shopping and Amerant Arena. Will definitely stay here again.
