It wasn’t as glamorous as the other holiday inn’s that I’ve stayed in but it was clean

Excellent front desk
Pros:

Simone was very personable and professional! She greeted me warmly, and made me feel very welcome. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Also, conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shopping and Amerant Arena. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant.
Pros:

The location was good. All the employees were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

We did have ants in our room. I did mention it to the reservation clerk when we checked out so they could take care of it for the next person.

Lo mejor del hotel fue su personal

Es cercana a Centros comerciales que es lo que buscamos cuando lo reservamos.
La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo de Sandra y su supervisora quienes nos trataron de 10. Agradecemos que el personal del hotel sea bilingüe y se preocupara por hacernos sentir bien en nuestra estadía.

Cons:

Las paredes de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y se escuchan todos los sonidos entre las habitaciones en el edificio anexo al principal.
Tuvimos un problema con ese tema por un grupo de personas que eran muy ruidosas.
Después de hacer el descargo sobre lo ocurrido, el personal nos ayudó a encontrar una solución, cambiándonos de habitación para estar más cómodos con respecto a los ruidos.
Agradecemos en especial a Sandra que nos brindó toda su ayuda y nos solucionó el problema dándonos una habitación muy cómoda, donde no tuvimos problemas de ruidos.

Good location, good value, extremely rude staff.

Good location. Good value.

Cons:

Staff extraordinarily rude. Checked in at 10:30pm. The lady that checked me in was one of the rudest people I've ever met.

Also, I asked one of the maids for an extra coffee pod and she felt the need to give me smart-ass remarks.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Simone checked us in and was so pleasant and helpful. She was able to combine our multiple reservations into a single reservation so we didn’t need to check out. She went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We were so appreciative after a long day of travel! Thank you to Simone and the IHG staff.

Pros:

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación y un buen desayuno, sobre la media. La limpieza de la habitación era buena, solo que un poco oscura la habitación.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy frío, la acústica es muy mala entre piezas, escuchaba todo de la pieza de al lado, el checkin es a las 15.00 pero llegue a las 19.00 y la pieza aún no estaba lista, estuvimos 1 hora esperando que la entregaran.

Hotel makes the stay a vacation
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Simone checked me in. She is amazing! Made me feel very welcome and like me being here was appreciated. Hotel room is perfect, clean, and very spacious! Location has easy access to great restaurants and I love it is far enough back from the road so it is very peaceful.

Great experience at a good price
Pros:

This place is close to everything, the facilities always look clean and well maintained. I love the fact that breakfast is included so we were able to go about my day right after brushing.

Pros:

We stayed 1 night which was more than enough. The outside of the hotel was fine. We entered our room where the drapes were drawn, when I opened them, I saw that the windows were green. They were covered with mold or mildew, yuck! We examined the room and it appeared clean, however there were hairs in the bath. Also, the neighbors in the connecting room spent their evening yelling at their rambunctious children, and left trash bags in the hall which were not removed before we left the next day. Also, later I found my husband’s white socks were dark on the bottom, which I cannot confirm came from the room. On the positive side, the breakfast was good.
